Anyways, guys, I'm confused. I keep on seeing these kinds of situations involving expensive insurance premiums:

 

hi guys. can i simply ask around the price of insurance u guys are paying?

cause i heard from a friend of mine, quite cannon, told me his paying for 1k+ for a third party ONLY.

 

 

Do you guys get your insurance from the help of your bikeshop?

Or do you go to their office directly? (eg.: NTUC, AXA, etc...)

 

Cuz i think these kinds of premiums are quite expensive compared to a few years ago.

btw, the paintwork is whole black wif red rvf wordings wif yellow border.. fp plate.. this rvf got tio aim anot?? lolx..

If I'm not wrong, the Battalax family of tyres are quite old. My friend even advised me not to go with them.

 

M1 - These are medium compound tyres that provide ample grip ifyou warm it up. As advertised, it's also good in the wet -- I can also see that happening because of the way the treads are shaped.

 

Dunlop A10 - Haven't tried it before

IMO, all the tyres listed by him are alright for him to use.

 

Except the BT090 though, I doubt it's as strong as before as it was manufactured quite a number of years back -- Even if shops still have some sitting in their shop, Bridgestone have already stopped production of this some months ago. The rubber on old tyres do harden and cause all sorts of unexpected traction problems, small or big.

 

Small precautionary measure here
