Servicing bike in JB(Ah gua lane)

nowadaes i jus go in for petrol n makan. mayb sometimes jus change a cheap EO. am ridding sp(2-stroke) so dun nid tat good EO. 2T i rather buy at sing ah boy coz its cheaper than jb.

the prices they are charging in jb realli increase alot, u have to check the price in sing first b4 u go in to service unless u dun mind tio carrot.

true lar but the cost of decarbonising pipe is still cheaper ... normal servicing of carburator still cheaper ....

 

accessories there are more or less the same as in singapore ....

AGL i will try avoid unless at night,They chop you like no tommorow,Imagine i ask 125Z rear LED original light they quote for RM92 and when my Malaysian friend ahe say only RM75!Find further shops where less Singaporean patronise,Much cheaper.Ask 1 shop at AGL for 3BS ori pipe for RM245 where the shop in Kempas i usually go only RM170.

Don't bother going in to change eo or plug unless u plan to haggle. Saw castrol power 1 going for rm24 which is $10, while I found the same EO going for $9 in SG. And that is the price range for semi-sync oil. For full synthetic, should be in the 40+ RM.

Don't waste ur money and time buying ur helmet there. Might as well get from ahboy if u want cheap.. at least he has PSB stickers attached..

remember to adjust your fork oil when u lower your fork if not your front fairing might wack onto your mud guard when you go over bumps or emergency brake... happened to my SP a lot so now got some pretty bad scratches on the mud guard....

 

 

anyone know how much to service my pipe at AGL? riding SP.... also want to replace the cotton in my pipe as well...

AGL's knife getting sharper. Accompanied a friend to do servicing. Ended up not doing it, coz price changed back to SG was roughly the same. Might as well do in SG; better job also. At least dey wun rush to finish ur bike!!

Ya lah. I went Kok seng to change Motul gear oil for RM$44, cos i thought hou heng don't have. However, the first hou heng shop got the oil for RM$33.

 

Kenna chop liao Price at AGL differs from shop to shop. Have to be careful also.

 

In addition, got one money changer outside put exchange rate 230. When i change, he give me a rate of 220 without telling me. Then i go clarify with him then he told me the exchange just drop. This is WTF man !!!

 

Even money changer also out to chop ! Be careful guys !~

you could go danga bay there're lots of bike shops there. I'm not sure if 2A and above can use Motul 5000 15W40, but using this as a bench mark it costs SGD$10 there and almost twice here. Definitely cheaper in Msia. Only thing is that they may cheat you regarding parts, but engine oil not really.
