OKie, my speed was at 80km/hr at 5k rpm. Every morning during warming up phase, i will always hear the "grinding" sound from my right side of the engine whenever i clutch in. But when i straighten up my bike and clutch in, the "grinding" sound will soften (as in not as loud as before) and the sound will disappear when i engage 1st gear. So just wanna ask do i have a clutch plates/housing problem?

She waits for me patiently downstairs, thru rain and shine..Yet she never complains and serving me with loyalty..a true beauty that u will not regret...

After that he opened my carb, blew every hole with the air hose and spotted something, a line inside my carb. (2 lines at the yellow part of the carb, something like a yellow flap, i dunno wad's the name of the part).

So he said there's a small hole but it's not visible to me. I dunno whether he's trying to be professional and find a mistake to answer the problem or wad. So he says if i really want to 'cure' the problem, i'll have to change my entire carb that costs $2k+!!

Do you have any picture of it?

A picture speaks a thousand words...

hi guys, need help here..

my ver S seat couldn't be fit back.. although there's a click sound when i press it down hard, i could still remove the seat with a lift.. i checked the the 'lock' using a screwdriver to press it down, it's working fine, what could be the problem?

thanks~

Do you have many stuff underneath your seat? Maybe you have too many stuff underneath the seat and therefore it's harder to close back.

Try removing those stuff and close. If still it doesn't work, spray some WD40 at the catch. If still doesn't work, you might need to change the lock.

thanks for the fast reply, i took everything underneath out, still.....

i suspect it's the seat problem.. the lock seems ok..

anywhere i can go to find help?

thanks!!!

tey to find find some one with the same bike with you and exchange the seat to try and see what seem to be the problem if the seat can lock mean your seat is spoit and is time to change a new seat

Try using some WD40 or lubricant you can find. Spray some at the Key hole and the lock part and the hook that has contact with the seat . Hope it helps.

hmm nope the bulb. i mean the signal light wire, if i would to change a new one, is it a socket to socket thing(plug and play) , or i have to strip the wires from the signal light to tap onto the main socket inside the headlight assembly. Thanks all.
