Pre trip briefing...

A briefing gathering will be conducted some time before the actual trip.

Attentively on 09/02/2009

 

Bike matters...

Riders going for the Genting Trip,

pls do send your bike in to workshop 2 weeks before the trip

for a general inspection and servicing if you think its necessary.

 

Touring rules...

As this is an outing which includes long distance and endurance for some of u (newbie) guys,

i'll be practicing some regimental rules to abide.

Hope you guys understand the reasons.

End of the day, safety comes first.

 

Accomodation matters...

I will do the booking of hotel rooms for all.

Closing date for the Going list is 28/01/2009.

Upon closing date, pls transfer S$150

to my POSB savings account. (118-49373-7)

(Pls do not delay this as rooms are limited)

Attentively, i've checked that per room is about RM120 per night.

As we are staying for 2 nights, the hotel as abt RM240.

I'lll settle the excess, in-sufficient $ with you riders upon checking-in.

 

Important points to take note...

  • SG & MY Road Limits to comply.
  • Please observe orderly convoy riding to enjoy the whole outing
  • Ride Safe! - Safety of all the riders is of our utmost concern.
  • Basic attire to be jeans, shoes, t-shirt.
  • STRICTLY no singlets, slippers (racing type) allowed
  • passport, driving licence, rain coat is a must-bring-along item
  • bring enough RM$ for food and petrol and a little shopping
  • i will bring along basic recovery tools, portable tyre pump and tyre repair kit
  • you guys and gals might wana bring some first aid kits and so on...

As this is an outing which includes long distance and endurance for some of u (newbie) guys,

i'll be practicing some regimental rules to abide.

Hope you guys understand the reasons.

Accomodation matters...

I will do the booking of hotel rooms for all.

Closing date for the Going list is 28/01/2009.

Upon closing date, pls transfer S$150

to my POSB savings account. (118-49373-7)

(Pls do not delay this as rooms are limited)

Attentively, i've checked that per room is about RM120 per night.

As we are staying for 2 nights, the hotel as abt RM240.

I'lll settle the excess, in-sufficient $ with you riders upon checking-in.

 

Important points to take note...

  • SG & MY Road Limits to comply.
  • Please observe orderly convoy riding to enjoy the whole outing
  • Ride Safe! - Safety of all the riders is of our utmost concern.
  • Basic attire to be jeans, shoes, t-shirt.
  • STRICTLY no singlets, slippers (racing type) allowed
  • passport, driving licence, rain coat is a must-bring-along item
  • bring enough RM$ for food and petrol and a little shopping
  • i will bring along basic recovery tools, portable tyre pump and tyre repair kit
  • you guys and gals might wana bring some first aid kits and so on...
