FINALLY u got it done bro. :thumb: for ya.

So u changed the spring only or full set? At what price?

 

 

Damage 520 including fork oil seal + cleaning of the front fork rear shock and stuff neccessary stuff from my shop

 

If order direct from motoworld is 430 or 450 i think....Direct change of springs without changing of fork oil seal and cleaning of ur fork inner side and rear too.

 

Well i figured pay bit more for my own shop to bring over and he help me clean and install nicely... .Worthy of the $$..... bottom line.... I feels BRAND NEW... woohooo :angel::thumb:

Last Sat I saw 1 DL1000 (black- setup look like Byteblock's bike but without the skinzo decals) and DL650( RED COLOR - i think sg only 1? wonder did he respray or something) @ Old town coffee...

Think the whole group are malay frens. Did go over say hi.. hahha

Suspension need running in also.. cannot install liao anyhow wack.. .Gotta "condition" it to my weight and my pillon as well.. hehehhe

Now i can feel the contour of the terrain.... with my arse --__--

Yo anodise do give us feedback on how the sus goes.. Prob after few weeks of ride. Kinda keen to install but got 1 fjr from clockwork guys say his koyak after few weeks.. So for me, thinking to install higher spring rate is likely than the progressive one.. Wilbers came to mine... now just waiting for your feedback...

 

Anyway, any u strommers blow ur rectifier and stator coil b4?? Mine did.. Farking hell... Cost me 700.. read from VSRI some 05 models had this problem.. Make matter worst, stupid suzuki agent didn't keep stock even a single coil...So I'd to make do with a TL1000 coil... It did look identical but with white insulation than the stock(Will post a pic)... Use for a day.. hopefully no prblem.. Oh well. Now re-coiling my old one at jalan besar for spare so of any u guys need it urgently, we got back up...

 

Fyi, if u find that your batt dead after travelling, or not charging , most prob this the case...

maybe its luck ? lets see how

 

Wilber of course good la.. whole suspension unit change from 900++~ 1300++ depending on wat u want.... Me no $$ la..

I've experienced sumthing like this first half of this yr. At first i tot it was the batt. After changing it, batt not charging. Then i change my rectifier.Still not charging. Then found out mag coil sumting wrong. Heart pain..Fork out 800+ for all this... by the way mine is 06 model.
