at the last fuel bar, you got about 5litres of fuel left, when both the bar & the fuel pump sign is flashing there's about 2litres left. at which bar did you clock 235km?

yup definitely something is wrong bro. Go to shop and ask them what's wrong.

The last bar is flicking and the engine stop at the middle of the road.

 

Once add fuel, it starts again.

 

I insert the fuel gun into the tank till it stops.

 

Any switch to access to reserve fuel?

there is no reserve switch for efi bikes.

 

does the efi light comes on when you ride?

 

your consumption is definitely on the high side.

 

any stromers care to ingest?

I suspect maybe your fuel consumption so high because of riding style? Maybe you start and stop at red lights allot? Mine 4yr + bike but not that high the FC.

Anyone check you airfilter gasket?

 

In other forum, a lot of people complaint that

 

their mech never install the gasket properly so

 

dust goes directly into your engine.

 

How to check whether it was install properly?

couple of things maybe need to check

 

sparkplugs- poor ignition

dirty air filter- poor air intake

tyre pressure- feel draggy

dirty engine oil-friction in engine

 

due to this basic, it affect the u're mileage bro...

the magic is in the hands, hehehe, relax on the throttle, most of the time I don't even get up to 5 gear. I try not to rev the engine rpms high, just enough to move the bike & up shift.

 

I think the butterfly valves aka secondaries helps alot.

i manage to clock above 400 until i came to a complete stop in the middle of ECP and ask a fellow strommer to bring me a can of petrol....

 

that was only one time...

usually can reach 350-380 for mine...

To All :

 

In order to acheive fc of more then 320km/ full tank , try to top up the petrol up to the brim ,usually can pump 20litres in after both the last bar start to blink.

 

With the secondaries removed , my K2 got an average of 340 km and sometimes less when i'm throttle happy .

 

TO AL Simmons :

Any alternative plan for tommorrow ride if the weather is not favourable. Cos past 3 days have been raining in the morning. Anyway C U whether rain or shine.
