an exclusion clause is suppose to be one present on a contract...

since there isn't one...the reciept is only a proof of ur dealings with the shop and the fact that his false claim induced you into paying the $50, it should be recoverable.

 

how can anyone possible noe the exclusion clause if it is not stated on a contract and only mentioned after the conclusion of a bargain?

always have a cool and clear mind about what u r doing. if u r not in the wrong then y should u worry....it sounds to me that only the boss heard u say the words "Blackmail" right...and his witnesses are his ppl so they can be easily influenced. There are many bros out here with legal background who can help u out so dun worry about it.

 

advice to you is that u were royally a$$-raped by the salesman. take it as $50 lost but an opportunity to inform all the bros out there about the shop. Keep the reciept as proof of ur dealings with the shop so they cannot say u r framing them...

actually...CASE is indeed worth it...It is indeed legal that all consumers are given 3 days grace period and in actual fact u came back in a few hours..

 

do contact law society for help and they are lawyers who volunteer and gives advices free but will incur charges if u seek them to help persue the above matter.

 

Almost same cases happen down @ lucky plaza whereby people buy mobile phones at prices shown but charge them by thousands after gettin their particulars.But aslong as CASE step in story will take an absolute turn which is good for ur side.

I've Read about CASE . To actually lodge a complaint to them , You have to join thier membership which sums up to $35 per annum .

 

If my CASE fail, woulnd't it means i lost total of $85 ?

I believe you should still go CASE or at least put it on stomp or something, everyone should know about this. This is totally not right maybe we should punk them by getting someone to record down the salesman saying its refundable and confront them while they're issuing the receipt.
