Even if u dunno its 70kph, which expressway in singapore allow u to go up to 120?

hhaha hmm i just got my license about a month ago.

and few days ago i step at kpe/tpe for the first time and didnt notice the speed limit sign.

i sped aroun 120km/hr or 100..

and i keep doing that for about 2 or 3days and then i found out about the speed limit.

how ah? will get revoked or not?

please help haha damm!

 

 

 

ur "haha" sounds as though u r not worried and u are quite "chin cai" even u kena or not ..? licence not easy to obtain...dun play play next time...wait see 2 weeks time u got letter anot lor..

haha oh man! i guess i shld have known better. so usually the letter will come within weeks? and if they send, will they send like 3letters in total or just one letter stating all the point i kena?

 

 

and maybe u can update here..?or like those who start the thread asking for information...then after a few weeks...MIA ...

TS must be feeling really bored so just want to generate some replies to his thread. It is the holidays afterall.

 

1. as mentioned, which expressway allows over 90kmh

 

2. speed signs are rather glaring. impossible not to see

 

3. probably just worried when he found out got points involved. thought just pay cheap cheap fine.

 

4. thought got jam in KPE. just cut in between the cars and feel like a hero

 

 

whatever it is, i guess the rest of us just enjoy flaming the TS. Heck, maybe it did not even happen!

chill out guys im sure TS is riding a 2B bike and 2B bikes Speedometer are usually not accurate like for example i could be at 120 and my fren riding RVF can only be at 100 although we are next to each other

 

so TS u can just pray that you were just riding at 100 if ur speedometer is not accurate like most 2B bikes are so u probably might escape the summons like Man V.1 did.

hurhur..i doubt man v.1 wld ever go above 100 at kpe anymore or even on normal rds ^^ coz he sure kene smack de =D

Guess you are either very lucky that the speed camera is not in working condition for that few days or you've miss the big and powerful flash on the Kodak Moment every time you ride pass the speed camera.

 

If you receive the ticket, then go into the KPE tunnel and lap a few more rounds at 150km/hr before handing your license back to the traffic police.

Don't you guys find it strange that when claiming about top speed people will not even mention the possibility of an inaccurate speedometer in the conversation.

 

But when there is a possibility of being caught on camera for speeding.. the word speedo inacurracy appears sporadically. :angel:

i will deduct the inaccuracy on a small bike :sweat:

 

to TS: the stretch of KPE is installed with cameras but not all are speedo cameras.

 

To all riders, do you all know why insurance policy is getting higher? This is one of the many kind ppl :sian:

When a new kid that just passed his lisence for 1 mth rides at that speed. I'd say he damm well deserve every fine he can get. Dun really have to be young and stupid to be old and wise. Y can't he just learn from others. People like the TS are the main contributors to road accidents and rise in death toll for motorcyclist. At this very moment i believe some other silent readers are just cursing this fool to end up under a lorry tyre.

yeah no one said anything other than the "speed camera" in action. its big and illum for any blind guy to notice. no cars doesn't means full throttle, if it means that, you can see all big bikes on Eways during the wee hours.

anyway, the letter will reach you in 2 weeeks time if you are caught(which i pray that you should be and i hope you will be) :cool:

I'm human too but I don't see myself getting used to riding at 120km/hr? haha

K la, don't ka jiao you anymore, I suppose ur riding SP or something?

I know the thrill excites you when riding at such high speed but trust me, cruising at speed limit is not as boring as you think. I always ride at 90km/hr on expressway, enjoy the scenery bro haha

revoke spotted!

 

I'm guessing Revoke plus 1yr suspension or 1 yr suspension automatic revoke.

But considering the severity of it. 120 in the underground passageway, its possible it could go up to 2yrs suspension. Wahahahha. Next time around TS can tell taxi driver to go slow in the KPE
