I bought several items from them before. They are reliable. But 2-3 days is too short. Realistically I got my stuff like 1-2 weeks after ordering.

The stuff I bought from them are all helmets and helmet accessories and gloves. So far I have never gotten wrong sizing so I never had to do exchange.

 

But you can ask for exchange, just need to email them. But you have to pay for shipping both ways. So be careful. Better to just sell it off to someone else in Singapore and recover your money and buy another set instead.
