Puma Bonneville Moto Boots

________________________________________

For xmas the wife and I went to France and then Germany. While in France we bumped into a puma store that had their new mot line of boots. I spent about 2 hours trying on boots and trying to decide which ones I would get. I really wanted the moto 1000 track boots but I have so many track boots it would of just been wrong. So I narrowed in down to the Brutale and Bonneville. Brutale lean a more towards track boots without toe sliders. My wife being the sense of reason told me to get the more comfortable pair that I could wear around on the bike but also be able to walk around in. We'll thats how I got them.

This is the review. I purchased the Bonneville with gortex lining. I have been wearing them since January 3rd and have worn them probably around 30 times and on a few 100 mile plus rides. The first thing I noticed is that I love to wear these boots, they are very comfortable for daily wear. Usually any motorcycle boots I wear I hate putting them on. They look like regular puma boots when worn with jeans. The bottom is a rubber that is very sticky and gives great feel on and off the bike. Protection is exceptional and all of it is internal giving the boots a slick look. A few days I had to ride home while it was raining and not a single drop got inside the boot. ON the bike is really where the boots shine. You feel everything the bike is doing and they stay planted until you decide to move your foot. Up top their is a rubber type protector that is pretty robust and should help protect in a wreck. Sizing is not like Puma shoes that tend to be narrow. These are pretty standard sizing.

A few cons of the boots. Styling is not for everyone. Look retarded With some leathers. Price $250.00
