why not we travel in group, i know these people are interest as of now:

koh samui can but need to do preparation. at least need 4 days. rxz might need longer.....and riders need to be technically ok not to mention good. basic stuff need to know like how to drain cabreutor fuel if bike fall cos unlike in sg, fuel will flood the cabreurator and engine stall...

 

let's talk about it in 4 apr.

Those who don't know how to go can meet at Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim SHELL Station at 6.20am. Will leave latest 6.45am.

Pls look for Cool Cruiser.

Should be leaving Melaka around 4PM +++, Best if you leave the night free...

 

What to do there? : eat walk eat walk eat walk!!!! Basically can OTOT.

 

We'll be having chicken rice balls lunch, then eat chendol, Nonya laksa, blah blah blah..

(A note & apologies to fellow Muslim's bikers, we are not sure if it's Halal, also dont know where to find halal food in melaka, but i believe the chendol is halal? - huairen)

 

 

Open to 2B bikes. plus exceptions.

Pls note that we will be travelling at max 100km/h

unless the whole group able to go faster.

We will be travelling in one convey.

Distance around 450km++ to and fro.

Petrol stop and rest at MACHAP RSA and PAGOH RSA.

Distance inbetween about 80km apart.

 

Pls try to enable your mobile phone to have auto roaming.

now auto roaming without subscription is free, until you use a call or sms.

Pls be in proper riding attire.

No slippers and shorts pls.

Best with full riding gear.

 

Pls dont turn up for the trip if...

you do not have enough sleep

you feeling very tired and not well

you feel sleepy

you have too much alcohol the night before

you are on medication

you are not comfortable and not prepared

you are sick or feel you going to be sick

you dont like travelling at slow speed.

all in all....entertaining posts...but for D-day...U mentioned about being worried for ur tensioner....D+1 is basically about Thailand....so at D+2....did U forsee ur bike giving up totally?...not sure if U were writing in retrospect for the sentence "probably i was just afraid of tomorrow's journey back south."....which shouldnt be done cos the problem just came up on the return leg?...not something which can be scared of unless there are really signs of trouble.
