Bro, just to share my silly mistake... this serve as any crime watch safety talk bla bla (minus i din die)

 

Traveled along Serangoon Rd, pass the Bike Production... then u guys noes it wil hv filter (to right) to PIE and left to Upp serangoon. Cos not familiar w road then suddenly i jam brake n wanna filter right. First experience of my rear brake got this Dot Dot Dot sound.

 

Hairy man... lucky i din slide cos i swerve back.

 

So, pls familiarise ur route b4 travel. Dun learn frm me. Haha.

i dun think 4-stroke spoerbike can consistently hv fuel 40 kmh n above... but for kup, its well known that its normally is 40kmh above...

 

think about it... both same 125cc, sportbike is 140KG, kup is maybe 100kg?

 

Who can fly? haha.

but i tot fox r125 have a fuel consumption of 48km/l?

 

anyway when its 4 stroke 200 :thumb:

i experienced it myself sometime ago at ECP near marina south filter lane. fish tailed when i coming out of the lane to merge to the main eway . this D**B WOMAN Beemer suddenly jam brakes in front of me when she got no space to filter on to the eway. cant out brake car's brake(as usual), went beside her side door by inch away

 

really scare the S**T out man..

 

learnt my lesson.

I had 4 accidents (or near misss) in my life.

 

1. Kup Kia - Hit pothole n down, bloody arms.

2. Kup Kia - Drunk n ride (my fault) - skid at corner, no blood cos let go of bike

3. Current bike - Rear wheel skid during rainy day braking

4. Current bike - Jam brake, rear wheel can really hear dot dot dot.

 

Pray I never have any fall n skid on my current bike or else sim tia... thats y i very safe rider now.

aiyah... whats ur speed. I tried at Bedok exit.. frm PIE... got those digital signboard telling me whats my speed. My speedo showed me 100kmh, but on the sign it showed only 90+...

mine is TP at overheadbrigh hiding . by the time i saw him my speed was ard 100 110 after i brake. so i dont know wats my speed when he snap me.. hmmm..

 

anyway im prepared to get snap when i first got my bike tho.

 

wna maintain speed oso difficult. always got this (ai, faster leh) feeling from my bike..

i use nicoll highway quite often and my speed is always faster than most cars on the roads.

they usually stand just before the overhead bridge after the river bridge.

beware of the overhead bridge too.

When i drive car (as in everyone else, cos people drive fasteer than me), my speed +10kmh of camera is okay one (exaple cam is 90 i drive 100+).

 

When i ride, the allowance is +20kmh. Cos frm experience I noe the bike speedo not accurate one.

 

Of cos if wan play safe, ride within speed limit. But, for bike +20kmh is OKAY.

 

Dun imagine wild for NOTHING. And if letter do come. Think of an fine excuse.

i mean i still lookout everything around me and still having that "everyone on the road is out to kill me" metally till now. i speed still somewhat keep around the speed limit but when theres cars tailgating me . cant slow down oso. i dont speed all the time without using my brain. if not i don think i still be riding aft 1 year already

speeding. major cases, lic get suspended.

its not ez to get revoke unless, u're caught drink driving or accident coz sum1 life's.

been to court, 99.9% people in e court room due to drink driving result to disqualified all classes for sure.

i also c speeding cases, dun know e judge tio toto or 4D etc, gave a suspended.

 

people beat red lite, TP caught him, woah. go court, say sorry.

tio only summon.

 

been there, done that.

 

i caught speeding for 2 times, get away with warning.

speeding..... to your own risk.

my experience is, as long as u flow along with the general flow, as in, the front abt same speed as u, nothing to worry. Cos, our speedo is not accurate one, and TP do giv us chance (dun ask me why I noe).

 

be it driver or rider, sometimes is not that we wanna speed... but those BS love to tail us behind...

 

But so far, if i ride a bike, I will not try to play with those driver. I know my one is 2B, my max is 140kmh. I siam them, but i tel them, my hyundai car can defintely play w u faster, and my future dream bike can let u eat dust...

most of the time i just pick up fast when green light . and then suits the traffic conditions. other than that, no speeding, i prefer a smooth and cruising speed . can admire the scenery oso.
