With the new year 2008 here, this is the #4 Meet Up since August 07 & our first in 2008. Hopefully we can start a regular meet-ups this calender year. How about some tourings thrown in (any tour leaders here??) & some other local activities (eg Bowling Nite, Movie Night, Family Day etc). Since the group is rather small, i would need everyone support and participations for the activities above. More will be discuss in the upcoming Jan 08 Meet-Up.So, unique bikers, do come by & know ur riding XJR friends....

Yeah Bro....take your time. Anyway, there is always the first time for everyone. Remembered my first trip was to Pontian with my RXZ. And the real trip was to Mersing with my Suzuki Bandit. Then, went to KL with my class 2 bikes was like Bedok to Tuas. Hehehe!! That was when I start to go further and further (not sure how much further I will go...Hahahah!!!).

 

So, for you guys, Mersing is the beginning stage. You gonna get addicted touring...Muahahaha!! As for 26 Jan, I still not sure if I can make it as work scheduke still not out yet. In case I cannot make....have a safe ride Guys!!

Dear XJRers,

 

The #4 XJR4/13 MEET-UP at Kembangan's Raimah Makan Place, last nite gathered 8 riders & one Lawrence(Vtec1) who came by to join the XJRer. The team also welcome THREE new XJR4 Riders in sassymiz, aimmagic & yamamotomaniac to the community.

Chairman announces that #4 Meet-Up last nite was the biggest turn-out for XJRs since the 1st Meet-up at Simpang Bedok with then only 3 attendes in August 2007. The discussion was on upcoming activities that could foster better relationship between riders with Bowling Nite, Movies & Outdoor activities being mentioned by the members. Chairman also called for members to be pro active in looking out for more XJRer whilst riding.

 

1. wolfener mentioned about T-shirt for XJRer that we could called as ours with 2. happy125expressing his interests to wear it for gatherings & meet-ups.

3. yamamotomaniac mentioned of self made logos/designs that could be brought for showing in the next meeting.

4. xjrIzzac23 announces that knn filter for XJR4 can be found in the same make as Super4 Version S filters@S$75.

5. Chairman proposed that gatherings/meet-ups could be held monthly on the 3rd Saturday on the month.

 

Thank you, all for coming. YOUR presence made all the difference to the occasion. Hopefully we can keep a regular meet up for this calender year.

Actually the Mersing Trip is on 26th Jan 08. Meet up venue is a Kranji MRT at 0930hours. No latecomers. The trip is a virgin trip for Forumers from Sengkang Ryderz. I just coming along to add the numbers..anyway u have met Ali aka Ettaque(R6) at Jalan Kayu in December 07. He joined us for makan before heading off to attend prayers later that nite. He initiated some riders & friends to join him to Mersing. Since i have not been there, I told him that i would be coming too! if u wanna go, let me know. Its a one day outing to Mersing, Ayer Papan before gg to Hutan Berlumut & head home via second link later that same evening.
