dun think so.. mainstand is for vtec 2/3 & revo.. just got mine installed on my vtec 2 yesterday at unique..

Yap MUSHA is rigt..its normal..nothing to do with battery. You want can adjust your idle speed higher but then again, when warm up to operating temperature..your bike sound like the new REVO on auto choke mode...LOL!

Ah pek is right about upping the idling speed. Mine was just too low during warming up. I leave it as it is bcoz petrol is expensive.

hi guys i used to ride ta200 that i can adjest the idle speed right side below my tank

 

how do i adjest for my spec 1 ??? is there a screw alike thing like ta200 at spec 1 ??

okay guys.. juz recently got my spec 1.. it came wif a spoilt speedo though..

 

tot of installin an aftermarket digital speedo.. i heard its possible.. but then.. it wudn`t be able to activate the V-tec or sumtin due to sum computerise thingy in the OEM Speedo..

 

is it true..? anyone care to shed sum light on this..? nid help.. many thx in advance..!

About how long the distance travelled then we change engine oil. I refering to Super 4.

 

Is spark plug important to change ?

I change my engine oil every 3-4 trackdays.

Hi guys juz recently bought a Revo from BP. Advised by them to travel below 70 km/h for the next 2000km as the engine is new. Read the manual and stated that engine break in period is 500km so which is which? It sucks to ride below 70 km/h...Appreciate that you guys could help me out since this is my 1st S4.

wah.. urs v jialat.. but i think the standard of the fuel estimation is diff for every bike, like from wat i observe, mine usually start to drop a bar after 120km..

think no one knows bah.. y nt jus repair the speedo? if speedo not working but rpm working, jus change the speed sensor ard 120 to 150 bah...

everytime when my vtec open, there will be a sudden short burst of mild white smoke? my bike seem to be working perfectly well.

not sure u still need my ans or nt.. im one of them.. from scooter to s4.. y? cos scooter v boring.. though pickup faster than s4.. but express way wise too slow... maintainance of cos scooter much cheaper like 500 per yer while s4 easily hits 1k.. but silverwing i nt sure cos i ride runner previously...

hmm.. my lcd also gone liao.. bought my bike 2nd hand.. so replacin da whole speedo is not cheap.. since i still got my digital speedo frm my ex-drz.. tot of usin it.. but i wana remove my stock speedo.. but heard frm shop dat if remove speedo.. the v-tec won`t be able to activate..

Look in your manual.

 

There is a service & maintenance chart in all manuals that give suggested service intervals for all parts of the machine.

 

If you cannot find it, try putting on your glasses.

 

If you use the machine for track riding or racing, cut all service intervals in half.

 

I recommend searching the web for the "workshop manual" for your bike, it helps alot.
