Looks and style is one thing but I opt for safety. The original stock for each S4 model is simple, big, nice and bright. More importantly, you can be seen by others. I have always like the stock one.

sorry if this is a repeat thread.. jus wan to ask any 1 using motovation balancers.. do u all need to adjust or change anything on ur handle bar b4 u can put the balancers in ?? cos i got from my frenz the balancers but i can seem to screw in the balancer.. thanx in advance

Make sure its for honda bikes...Honda bike balancer got this half moon shape slot that needs to be mated with another half moon inside the handlebar.

 

If too deep to be mated,try screw in the bolt first about 2 or 3 thread,use a plier and pull it abit out.

ya its for super 4.. i saw the half moon shape on the balancers but cant seem to slot the blancer all the way in.. and the screw i dunno is my handle bar the thread there gone or spoilt jus cant seem to screw the darm thing in.. sian sia

make sure the balancers are for CB400. Different models require different bar ends. Thread merged with Q&A

Okay you take the screw,just screw it into the stopper/nut inside the handlebar,then use pliers to pull the stopper abit and stop just about 1cm from coming out. If die2 the screw cannot go in,then either screw or the stopper thead koyak..

If me i dont charge lah..jus minor2 things....wont take even 5mins to install why must charge,summore the the customer come to change EO with me already...

 

Customer service very2 important bro. One act of kindness can go a very2 long way..:thumb:

i went to change eo liao and ask the mechanic to screw in for me the balancers, but he say my handle bar inside dun haf another half moon to lock the balancer in.. he say need to order than can place the balancer into the handle bar... sian

hey guys, sorry if this is a repeat quest..

 

what is the proper steps of running in?

ive heard alot of diff advice e.g ride 60-70km/h for 1000km, then change EO,

then 70-80km/h for another 1000km, then change EO..

Overhaul in terms of wat?..Changing piston,piston rings and cylinder block or just cylinder head overhaul?...If not whole engine my advice is just run in for 500km...

 

What i did to mine after overhaul of cylinderblock and piston,piston rings is i rode 500km,open throttle from 4krpm to 8Krpm...just to seat the rings. Important is to fully warm up the bike.

 

My style is like that so far so good no compression leakage.Not sure about others advice...

hey if just changed to aftermarket endcan, must go service carb? if service carb, no need change EO also rite?

mech said servcing/tuning carb $100 have to wait 3 hours. issit true?
