OMG~~!~! I can't believe it... GOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL !!!

 

i shouted so loud till whole of my neihbourhood hear, OMG still can't believe that it was a... GOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLL !!!!

 

sunderland were soo tough to break, i guess they were told to defend all the way, and waste as much time as possible, that was what the goalie was doing. but luckily we go the 3 points !

To me, he wasnt 'out of form', but rather obviously abused by opponents. It's a dirty trick but it's working against United.

 

Henry's skillful, Messi too, but players like them dont get clattered to the floor with such frequency as Ron, so perhaps the respect other players have for him is very little.

bro, mostly everyone does not respect him, 1 good reason, he is a 'diver'. he goes down too easily, which frustrates players ALOT. i guess u pay the price for 'respect' to be the best.

i dont think he goes down to easily..he is so fast, 1 tap on his heel and he will go down..because of his reputation, ref will not give a foul on him

and i dont think he cares whether players respect him or not

ya la..most agreed on that....but i dont quite care really...cos...all i want is to see manUtd lift more n more trophies n see him score more n more goals ! hoping 2 see him score one against totties. :clapping:

Uefa will study video evidence before taking any action against Wayne Rooney for his controversial challenge on Aalborg's Kasper Risgard.

 

The incident occurred during Manchester United's UEFA Champions League clash with the Danish outfit on Wednesday.

 

Risgard accused Rooney of 'jumping at my chest' and leaving 'big marks' on his body during the 2-2 draw at Old Trafford.

 

Match officials took no action against the England international striker on the night, but the matter has now been passed on to European football's governing body.

 

A Uefa spokesperson said: "We are aware of the incident and the disciplinary panel will study the footage and newspaper reports before deciding whether to take action."

 

Any retrospective action could see Rooney ruled out of crunch encounters in the knockout stages of the competition.

 

 

 

Danish point of view

 

"I do not think the referee saw it. Anywhere else but this place it would have been a red card," said Risgard.

 

"I have some big marks and I do not think it looks good on television.

 

"There was also another incident with Rooney where he threw an arm and hurt one of our players.

 

"But these challenges happen in football and he did come and apologise to me after the game."
