The defensive injuries are more of a worry. Cos for attack-wise, there is still Welbeck. And Ronaldo or Giggs can also lay support striker to Bebatov. For defence, its a bit stretched.

Yeah i think losing Evra and Rooney is a huge turning point. Right now we're left with 2 indispensables, that is Vida and Edwin VDS. Loved Rooney's fire in the Chelski match. The ronaldo header goal wasn't legit lah, Giggsy didnt even place it on the line - he even dribbled it up and crossed it in but it was hilarious. We're gonna be top of the league soon guys!

I have the best signature.

look at the replay again..rooney placed the ball inside the D and tap it gently then giggs dribbled and cross..rooney did comment they actually practice it in training

Tosic? I think reports said he'll only be match fit in february...

Btw, 1-0 to united and we're back at the top of the league!

Haaa....Giggsy has been a pro player for years and has been taking corners all his playing years. I bet he knows where that small D at the corner flag is. For some reason, he knows Roon has took the corner that's why he dribbled b4 crossing the ball.

anyone know when will the serbian midfielder play ?

Only time will tell. Knowing Sir Alex, he won't rush his young fledling into picture. Hopefully Tosic get settled in the team soon enough.

Saw some of his videos, he really got a good left foot and he is a freekick specialist as well. A natural successor for Giggsy.

this is not the 1st time they tried this..During King Eric's time they did it and the ref allowed but did not directly end up as a goal. I think this time rd the linesman was baffled and the ref was too timid to call it!

Come on Everton!!!!

anyway, i miss wildcard.

just one of his insensate followers...

Yeah...Way to go!!! We still have a game in hand!!!!

Btw, according to latest news, we might just see Tosic in action later tonight in the Carling Cup. Hope they reverse the score and go thru to the Final! Then we can see more of the young Fledgelings in action.

Guys, there have been talk that MU have games against most of the hard teams at OT which is a benefit rite? Somehow I feel otherwise. Its a well known fact that MOST teams come to OT to "set up shop" and hope for a point. If it is an away game for MU, more often than not, both teams will play open football. What say you?

I bet it doesn't matter if they were to bring their tent and camp in their own half! Cos we have the players who can nick a goal at the last minute as what we have witnessed in the last few games.

Its true that most teams would do so, but then again pretty much every team in the bottom half of the table would do so even at home as we've seen so far this season. I think home support would be a crucial advantage for us to help win in the later part of the season when players are tired and perhaps jaded with all the matches they've already played. Imagine going to a place like Bolton at the tail end of the season when you've already played 30+ matches, your side can't break them down and there's vociferous support for every successful tackle, block, challenge made on you. It would be quite demoralising. Better to play such matches at home.

As for the matches against big sides, of course home support is important. The big four and aston villa will want to win, they won't wall up their goal and United will have chances to score. The home crowd will be more worked up for big matches and it can make a difference.

nani looks like he's gonna leave, in my memory i think he has played 2 or 3 games only this season, or as a 'late' substitute.

park is a good player...however...he's only good and tackling, willing possesion and passing. how about scoring goals?

SAF really needs a midfielder 'similar' to ronaldo.......

if i'd choose, i'll take giggsy even though he doesnt has the speed..but he has the best crosses and passes.

i'm just spit balling here. ;)

but i just want to see more goals scored!! 1-0 victory are too little ! :nono:

Valencia will b like Berba if he were to play in United colours. take time to settle but not too long coz he already taste the physical n pacy english football. i dun know if Fergie wanna buy him. he's good fast n a dribbler. got no idea what will Fergie do with Nani. i dun want Fergie to sell Nani. the boy needs to learned United football maybe he takes his time.

can't wait for tonight match against Derby. wana watch the new boy Tosic. :bounce::bounce::bouncefire:
