Hi fellow riders..

 

Am currently looking for a 2nd ride & was scouting for a Dragstar yesterday..

 

Found a pretty decent condition one with the following details:

 

Model: Yamaha Dragstar 400cc

Plate: FN

Year: 1999

Edition: Classic

Color: Black & Orange

Condition: 9/10 (a little paint fade)

Mileage: 60,000km +

Accessories: GIVI rack & back box

Owners: 1

Price: around $3500

 

Is it worth getting the above?

Are you sure it is registered in 1999? FN plate should be registered in 1996.

Is FR plate registered in 1999? Confirm log card first.

Yes yes, my FR Dragstar is registered in Jul '99. My COE is still till 2009.

 

Plate FR, FS & FT in 1999...

Think I'll go test the dragstar that I saw at Bukit Merah.. If everything is okay, think I'll go ahead & purchase it..

 

I've spoken to the chap before, cool guy but his schedule is kinda tight.. Think I'll go for those that are more keen in selling the bike..
