05 model will probably cost 5k and above.

 

downpayment most shops will accept a minimum of 800. but if the value of the bike is higher, they may request a higher downpayment. the lower your downpayment, the higher the interest.

 

let's say bike A cost $7000 OTR (including insurance, roadtax, and all misc fees.)

 

$7000 - $1000 (downpayment) = $6000

 

$6000 * 5% (interest per year) * 3 (the number of years you are paying installment for) = $900 (total interest for 3 years)

 

$6000 + $900 = $6900 (total amount you loan for the bike including interest)

 

$6900 / 36 months = $191.6666 (monthly installment).

 

bear in mind that you may have to fork out more to do your own repairs after you buy your bike. so it's good to have spare cash on hand. probably around $500 and above.

5000rpm should able to get you 80km/h

6000rpm can get you to 90km/h

7000rpm can get you about 107km/h

Your points are valid fnee, and bear in mind, this is not directed at you..

 

You're an excellent example of the points you stated.

 

However, with the dude in question, i know exactly what he thinks..

 

This is a simple situation of not being to able to afford or find good condition aprilia and settling for something less.. (Personally i think it's the former)

 

The fools who buy aprilia and cant fix it.. Well, i have condemn them a long time ago. And i have no time for them.

 

I have spoken to many aspiring aprilians, i've encouraged them. Alot of them look for me when it comes to aprilia, and i offer my services to view bike or help them for free even if they dont buy bike from me.

 

Frankly, nowadays, I am sick and tired of ppl coming in here and looking for cheap Aprilia. There is no such thing as cheap aprilia unless it is in a fu*ked up condition. NO such thing as CHEAP AND GOOD in my opinion. Then when they cannot find, after going on abt how they love aprilia, they buy something else..

 

PS. You got a Wave as well?

Frankly speaking I don't see anything wrong with people asking question here. The link that given was good but ones need to know and input quite a number of information before they can calculate for you. For newbies or people who know nuts about all these info, will be useless to them. If anyone think that he or she doesn't feel like answering any stupid question, by all mean don't answer but pls there's don't need to give sarcastic remark. I do not wish people from outside to see us Aprilian as a group of unhelpful riders and become so inpatient when just a few question was ask .......

the bike is still there..i just saw it on sat onli..and itz not a replica...itz either a '03 or '05 model...the fairing and paint work doesn't look like itz a replica..

 

the bike was badly damage..think the rider skidded in devil's bend mayb..

think the insurance for aprilia alone turns many people off alr. |: SP slowly catching up though.. 662 for third party this year. compared to 376 for mine last year.
