h1 is for the projector low beam, h3 is for the high beam. check out the markings on the bulb to confirm.

because he was 20m from the petrol station.. and traffic was quite heavy at the time.. don't know where to stop. the nearest place i can stop safely is the petrol kiosk alr. haha!
