I apologise if I offended anyone accidentally. I bought a rubber cap that fits at a hardware shop alrdy.

I'm sure you didn't. Good to search for cheaper alternatives. But do note that you may not be able to find the cheaper alternative for everything.

I don't even have a 2T tank... :D I run PREMIX. Safer, smoother, better. ;)

Very beautiful helmet, by the way. I want one too.

Believe nothing you hear; and only half of what you see.

Do or do not; there is no 'try'.

thx bro, i think my helmet design is a k2 design but on a k3 model. so in other words, they reused the design.

For the agv helmets, the designs are very different throughout the world. E.G ppl in the states have different paintwork from the ppl in U.K

But usually rossi design helmets are limited edition. Anyway nice buy for the k3. Its really a most cheap and best build quality full face available so far. Worth every penny.

Don't know whether this website is reliable but it's the only website which I found which closely resembles to what you've got.

http://www.fc-moto.de/AGV-K2-Rossi-VR46/en

The name of that design seems to be VR46 (this website has a few more pics). Nice choice - it does look very rare. I haven't seen any K3s with that design and I had to search for a while to find the link above!

I think it depends on what we mean by 'limited edition'. Strictly speaking, limited editions will come with a tag/sticker/label that tells you how many of the items were made, and what number yours is. For example, one of the newer AGV GP Tech designs, "Wake Up", is a limited edition run and you can see the limited edition tag at the back of the helmet:

I hate to burst your bubble, but no K3 is a limited edition under this definition. If it makes you feel any better, I was told the same thing by Regina when I bought my first fullface helmet - my Rossi Face K3.

I bought my k3 at regina with them saying its limited edition too, however i managed to bargained almost a hundred off due to a tiny scratch on the back. Im guessing thats their trick.

This document is intended to Aprilians who is getting the 34mm Carb for the first time.

Currently in Singapore, the 2 most commonly used carb is VHSB 34 & VHSB 34 racing. Now you may wonder what difference does these 2 carbs have between them. The racing carb has a full rectangular slider as compared to the normal one which is round at the top. Now it is said that due to the design of the racing carb, air turbulence above the slide is reduced and thus improving carburation efficiency and engine power. I'm personally not sure about all these claims but however when it comes to real world application, i found that the racing carb is easier to work with.

One fine example is during one of our DIYs, there was a guy who had issues starting the bike after taking out his carb and working on it. At that time, he was using the normal 34carb which had a round top slider. In the end, we found out that the issue was, the slider was not being properly inserted into the carb which resulted in the needle not residing in the atomizer. Unlike normal carb, the racing carb is builded with rectangular hole guidance to allow the slider to be properly insert into the carb which is basically idiot proof.

Now for people who is getting either carbs, please get a lower rating atomizer first. The carb comes with a DP266 atomizer which is proven to be too rich irregardless you are running filterless or with filter. I'm currently using a DQ264 atomizer which had removed my 5k to 6k rpm flatspot totally (IMO).

Now you many wonder what is the difference between a DP & DQ atomizer. The DQ is slightly longer than a DP atomizer (around 0.5cm). **TBC** So at the same rating (e.g DP264 vs DQ264), a DP series will runs richer than a DQ series.**TBC** I can't advise on which series to get as i haven't try both out myself yet but as long as you downsize yr atomizer, it will run better.

For the main jets, my only advise is to get the 152, 155, 158 sizes for trial and error if you wish to get yr bike tune up fast. Otherwise, you will realised that you will be having a hard time finding the jets with some places out of stock.

thx bro for clarifying.

hey dude, thats the old VR46 left on the shelves for ages and a K-3 Rossi replica wud cost abt $300 plus to $400plus for the newer replica design, (Sword, Donkey, Face, etc., Designs like Gothic tends to be lower as they have been on the shelves for quite awhile). heres the strange bit, I dont recall seeing this design on a K3 ever.and Vryuz being the CSI, he found it in a website.. a penang website?

.there no such limited edition for K3 . Limited editions are only for the AGVs GP Tech & T-2 (fromerly known as Ti-Tec). The K3 is AGVs entry level helmet, good helmet for starters.Take care of the inner lining, they wear out fast.

now my 2 cts worth on helmets..AGV being AGV, helmets like K -3 , its about paying for branding/design for a themoplastic helmet ... I believe with slightly a $100 more , a HJC RPS10 Ben Spies Replica (their flagship helmet) or even a X-lite helmet Lorenzo can be purchased and they using helmet construction almost similiar to the mid range AGV Stealth & Arai Quantum helmets.

I believe u just started riding ,get a pair of riding gloves too.
