Hahaha, now we're on Friendster too? You know, when I first got onto Friendster, I originally intended to keep a low profile, and hardly ever use my account. But... what the hell, I've added myself. Viknesh, kudos to you for making the effort.

Bro, it truly varies like night and day. For what it's worth, I consistently average 17km/l.

Just insert multiple IMG tags. PM me if you're not sure what I mean.

Well, if I'm not mistaken, a plain Astro J would still cost significantly more than an FF4 Graphic. One is mid-range Arai, the other is top-of-the-line OGK. I'd recommend you taking a look in-person at eyz's FF4 before you make your decision. The FF4 is one of the best value-for-money high-end full-face helmets in the market, and I for one am extremely happy with my FF4 Venom. Plus, you can most certainly trust eyz.

true true.. but the big prob here is.. i can get ff4 graphic at 300 n astro j at 300 too but astro j is visor scratched but shell totally scratchless as for ff4 graphic i tink its as good as new. so ya im totally confused.. but can any1 lyk help me out? padding wise how much does it costs to replace for ogk? n for arai how much is it?

Ok, I'm still at work and the workload's tapered off, so I might as well post my long overdue Superione, though I have less to say than I hoped I would.

Short story is: Don't buy the thing for Aprilias. They only have one version for bikes, and it's only intended for motorcycles 200cc and below. It's safe to assume they're talking about 4-strokes - our 125cc 2-stroke RS125s are the rough equivalent of 250cc 4-strokes. But me, itchy backside, went to install the thing. As far as I can tell, it couldn't supply enough fuel to my carb at high revs, choking it off. However, it did seem to increase torque at lower revs. Hard to say with any certainty though, cuz my bike wasn't being tuned very skilfully by my mech at the time.

Oh, you're talking about used helmets, ok. A scratched visor is worthless, and dangerous too, so you'd have to factor in the cost of replacing the Arai visor. Can't remember the padding prices but you simply call Regina to find out for OGK, and Looi's Motor for Arai. As mentioned in my previous post, I'm at work so I don't have the phone numbers with me right now. PM me if you can't find them.

And I thought getting 23.5km/L was bad, taking into account I weight 78kg.

if i'm not wrong, he's using a 28mm carb..

and that mileage is possible... and that's really impressive...

if the tuning is not perfect yet.. i think he can push to 25km/l~

guys, sorry to ask dumb question but what if you dun have reserve tank.. meaning you dont have any switch to change to reserve tank? Coz the replica i own according to Edmund can only on/off the petrol fm main tank.. He said it switches to reserve automatically..So let's say i low fuel then how? does it mean it's already on reserve or the main tank is low?

And roughly what is the distance our rs125s can take on a full tank? 200km plus?

Thanks!

PS ATTENTION MUSER!! Your wish of pics of yourself has been granted.. pls check out the above post for details.. You owe me kopi!

I average between 260-280km before I need to switch to reserve. One way is to use ur trip meter. Reset it everytime you pump full tank. So for me... I usually pump before it hits 260km.
