I can see now many are already ridin Aprilia's.... Mi livin in Tampines can see alot of them.... even when i'm in Town juz now... saw a few aprillia's...... I can see the community growing bigger... 1 Big Family....

gawd.. cmyrs i hate u damn sh*t. lols u said nex experience for me.. is to ride halfway no petrol rite.. n it happened.. heng i was entering cte frm bendemeer den i manage to reach the shell at amk ave 1 exit.. but funny thing is i pumped.. costs only 11.88 which i abt 7.39 litres? wth? wads wrong ahs?

try remenbering how much u pump and how much u travelled.. this would give u the average mileage , then multiple by 13 and it would give u the max distance u can travel on a full tank,.. anyway give urself 15-10 km allowance,

 

the reason why u only pump 7.39 litres is becos u never pump to the brim.. i tried pumping 13.5 l before... when its at the brim shake a bit pump shake a bit pump can at least pump $1+.... once ur fuel lite come on switch to reserve, full tank 13l , lite come on after 8-9l and on all the way once pass 10L, meaning u have only 3 L left..

 

know exactly ard travell how much need to switch resrve , switch 20-25km before and also ur max mileage, its not a good experience when u sense ur RPM rising for no reason then dying out ....

 

dun worry and afraid once u see fuel lite on, any way a lot of our fuel guage is spoilt so we go by milage... lite blinking u still have a lot fuel left

hmmm i;ve just bought a bike about 2 months back and i;m having many problems with it ... planning to keep it cause i really like aprilia's .. anyone have any recommendations to any good mech cheap and good ..

the ex owner also taught me how to gauge by mileage but as i didnt noe when he passed the bike to me was full tank or not i had to wait till i ownself refeuled den i fould noe.. but the prob is.. i refueled just yest only.. n im oreadi low on petrol.. argh..

Try Race Werkz, their labour charge very reasonable and ppl here in SBF also say not bad. I only been there once to flush and replace engine coolant, bleed brake fuild and change rear brake pads (normal ones, not DP or EBC). Cost less than $60.

Just go and refuel up to the brim, then reset your odometer (trip meter). So, everytime you refuel, just reset your odometer (Trip meter) , then you will know when to refuel. Coz if you do that a few times, you will know your average consumption, so you know when you need to refuel. For me, I refuel everytime i hit 100km, coz after i kenna once before, I swaer i will never want to push bike again due to no fuel.

matrix arh, just switch to reserve? u'll know when time pass by when to switch reserve, y2k version doesnt hv fuel guage but tt idiot side stand lite..try nxt time when petrol run out not to stop ur vehicle by the road, just let it roll while ur other hand reach for the reserve and turn it towards you, pretty much better den stopping by expressway and pple just look at you when they pass by..

lol coz initially i tot oni sth else happen to i tried turning on choke n starting den i was tinking abt wad u ppl said tt sumtime halfway run out of petrol so i switched to reserve den later i turn on the choke n started woot it worked! den headed down to the nearest shell lol! tt's wad 200+ pages do for u =xX
