Besides snowparang, anyone else in the market for a suit? If buy together, maybe cheaper, as long as from same shop. I plan to buy anywhere from between next week and end-July. Narrowed down to Clover, RS Taichi, and alpinestars.

Time again I have reminded, and maybe now some people will start believing. Our sport is not about modifications, how fast our bikes are, how pretty some bikes are. Its about the people that make this club happen. Im not at all surprised on what took place last nite with the TP's. I and some old-timers went through this before and we know it aint a sweet memory. I came back home at around 12am last morning and saw this sweet ass Aprilia behind my block. I actually wanted to snap pictures and touch the bike to get a "feel" but there were a couple (i think), sitting at the void deck, with two helmets on the table. I assumed that Aprilia belongs to them, seeing its the closest bike parked towards them..

But here's my perspective: Suits need to be safe and comfortable. Safe means got armour, won't tear, etc. Comfortable can also mean safe, like allowing you to move easily enough to control the bike properly, and keeping you cool enough not to get heat exhaustion. a*: Prestige? Yes. Quality? Varies depending on the model. Both our a* riding jackets are truly excellent, and I would recommend them any time. No other mesh jacket I know combine the same level of fit, protection and ventilation. Yet, I can't say the same for A* gloves. The one's I own wore out far too quickly, and the long gloves in particular lack safety features found on other brands. The bottom line is that a* has a mixed reputation because of its mixed quality. a* stuff is the best looking of the lot though.     Clover: Excellent reputation. Overseas, it's regarded as highly as A* and Dainese. As for spending the money on Dainese instead... you would need enough money to buy 3 suits of another brand to afford even 1 Dainese suit, though of course Dainese quality is tops.     RS Taichi: The dark horse underdog, especially here in Singapore. But based on my trying out stuff at Motoworld, the quality of many of its products surpass A*. The gloves are damn good, especially the high-end ones. The leather seems thicker than a*. There are more stretch panels for better fit, and all leather products are available with ventilation, unlike a* - designed by Asians for our weather, not for some Italian countryside. Price also slightly lower. So your bike's obviously ready for the track then What are you pilot and main jet sizes? Are you running rich or not so rich?

My bike is not tuned up yet, it will be done tonight.Pilot jet should be the same, no need to change it, my main jet should be changed to either 145 or 146.It should be slightly rich in that case.

Visor, wat time you heading down to race werks? I last sat ask william, he say no need 145main jet leh...

Tonight about 9 or 10.IF he's free he'll do my tuning. About the jets it should be inth e range of 140-146, put & try one by one and test which is the one i find best suits me.
