Haiz, i think i comfirm cant go liao.. After my exams, my tuition kids having theirs. Got to go for tuition..

If you don't mind waking up in the middle of the night I can check for you lor. Cos heard from the driver he's moving off about 3am as he had to reach Sepang Sunday morning before 8am. If you really want let me know by tomorrow as I need to confirm everything with him liao.

I always pre-mix 50-100ml of 2T into my petrol tank for these type of just in cases. But i let the 2T pump run a bit slower also due to the pre-mix. I had once forgotten to put back the 2T tude into the carb after I washed it...n that was a scare.... so from then onwards, i pre-mix n run on 2T pump also. Better to be safe than sorri

Ideal Motor Sport (website) at Kaki Bukit Road 1, in the building opposite where Motoworld is, has original Aprilia fairing stickers, with some of them on clearance discount. I don't think the address indicated on Ideal's website has been updated, and it still indicates the old address next to Motoworld, but the new address is just across the road.

Sori bro. Room bookings have closed. We will only know on the day itself upon arrival if there are any available.

 

My advice is, if you're on a tight budget, give this a miss. Save up for the next one.

Reason is simple. Trips like this you have got to be prepared for extra miscelaneous costs. It can be just about anything.

6 rooms have been booked for all of us. Breakfast inclusive. Per room is RM140 (amount rounded off) Breakfast inclusive.

 

Breakfast is payable at about 25RM per person for those who are sharing. For Dannis room, you have to pay additional 50RM in total for the xtra 2 pax going for breakfast. The other 2 dont need to as its already inclusive in the room price. This I leave you to decide.

 

Should anyone decide to have a room on your own with your friend, arrangement can only be made on the day itself subject to availability. I cant guarantee anything at this point.

 

Parking of bikes will be at the hotel lobby entrance. Arrangement made possible courtesy of MotoMilia. Pls bring along your own bomb proof locks irregardless of the arrangement. Your bike's safety is still your responsibility.

 

 

Travel Details :

Travel speed will be average 110- 120km/h in convoy. Safety briefing will be conducted before the trip commence.

 

Safety gear must be worn throughout the journey. Gloves, padded jacket, thick jeans, riding shoes or army boots, full face helmet are the minimum. I will not accept nothing lesser then already mentioned. Borrow the items if you really do not have any. Our club members will be more than willing to share definitely should the need arise.

Please service your bike before going. This is important. It is your responsibility to ensure a smooth journey on your own bike, not the organizer's.

Guys i might not be joining u all for the sepang ... due to last min got EXERCISE ( AIr FOrce ) but yet to confrim by tmr see wat my WOIC gonna say ... knn i last week already give notice liao don tell mi cannot go ah

people riding to sepang, please make sure the following things are done in preparation:

 

• make sure you do not have any outstanding issues on your bike - clutch, electrical issues: battery, rectifier, starter motor.
  
• if you are due for an oil change soon, change it now. do not wait for after the trip to change your oil.
  
• check your sparkplugs. change a new one if it is old (more than 5000km/12 months). Come on, it's not that expensive (and it's just 1). Keep the old one and bring it along the ride as spare.
  
• check your coolant level. top up if needed.
  
• check your brake pads and fluids. make sure you have sufficient brake pads, and that the brake fluid level is topped up to the correct level
  
• check your chain tension. make sure that there is sufficient slack, but not too much. clean and lube your chain.
  
• check your tyres. change them if they are old (more than 20,000km/3 years). check the tread wear indicators.
  
• decide among friends who will be bringing up chain lube - intend to buy a bottle, bring it there, and then finish it among friends before the return trip.
  
• someone with a spare stoplight bulb/signal light bulb, please bring one.
  
• have at least the basic toolkit.
  
• bring an emergency tyre inflation kit (i'm bringing one - the gooey kind; can someone bring/buy a plug type tyre repair kit?).
  
• bring ear plugs. Wear then during the ride.
  

Anyone else can think of anything to add to the list? Can people bringing up spares please indicate? I am also bringing up a basic toolkit. Cannot overhaul engine so if you seize piston, sorry...
