Use coupon still kena fine

i went to West Mall for dinner and parked in the MSCP. i notice they marked everything in red and wrote season parking only around the car slots. However, when come to bike slots, they only write M/Cycle and nothing else. i parked in a bike slot and put a coupon.

 

when i came back to take my fine, i was given a fine of $25! really sia! how come i totally cannot park ah? wat right does Premas has to fine me? they onli mark the car slot as season what. my MSCP i oso buy season ticket yet still see all bikes parking there. so sick, kena $25. my hong baos oso not that much.

 

why Premas fine me? can i actually appeal?

got these story someone park on normal coupon lot. but he was fine for parking on season parking lot. he insisted that he checked that he park on white lot and use coupon. but when the auntie at hdb check his ticket..it stated that he park at season lot.

 

maybe thats their way making money.

they earn commision for every ticket they print out. thats why they super on till they anyhow print.

need to check properly... i think for M/cycle lots they wont state if its strictly for season parking or not. If its red means season parking...

 

but i think can appeal for waiver if its ur first time...

 

just say u didnt know that its meant for season parking... and had even put coupon.

u can check on the signage at the entrance of the carpark if the lots there are onli for season parking b4 speculating anything....just to be sure...

Ya need to check at the entrance...they do write from what time to what time is season parking. Some lots 7pm onwards is season parking. Some lots after 10:30pm. The lots could be white in colour, but if the notice put 7pm/10:30pm (season parking), cannot debate.

 

I suggest you try and appeal. If cannot, juz pay lor. Do it quickly coz the amount can snowball to bery big number.

if its red, it is meant for season parking. when in doubt, go look at your parking ticket. it should have the parking lot no. and then go back to the same lot and see whether its red. if its red, you die die lose already. if white still got chance to take photo and appeal.

pls note that white lots can also be season parking.Best way is to look at the signage at the carpark entrance.Kenna fined once...appealed and got waiver.

Please do take note that not all MSCP allow NITE PARKING EVEN FOR BIKES. They have white lots but STILL DUN ALLOW NITE PARKING.

 

To differentiate immediately wat is STRICKLY NO NITE Parking, you have to see if the entrance the sign board is LIGHTED UP or just a metal plate. If its LIGHTED UP means can park at nite. If its metal plate STRICKLY NO NITE PARKING ONLY FOR SEASON PARKING FOR THE WHOLE PARKING AREA.

 

I kana before and appeal when last time was till under HDB. Then they ask me go log on LTA to see wat is the meaning of no nite parking.

 

I appeal cos the lot that i park is also white lot. And i write in: "Why cars got white and red lot then bikes only white lor? That means bike lot got no season parking lot so anyone also can park wat. If its season parking then go paint it red la."

 

But after arguing and logged on to LTA website i lan lan suck thumb and pay the handsome fine of 25bucks. KNNBCCB.......

 

So TS do check out if its wat i mention. If it is really have to LLST pay the fine. If not you can still argue like wat the others mention and ask for waiver.

beware of the MSCP at bukit batok west mall 1 few weeks back i parked my bike on 2nd storey and place a coupon and went to visit relatives and came back found my bike got fine for parking without coupon but i found my coupon got tear up and throw on the floor and got pissed but in the end appeal wth it but got to try to stick all the torn pieces together so Beware if u happen to park there

season parking for cars n bikes are the same. u can try to appeal cos maybe u 1st time don know. but its like tat. wat time to wat time for cars will be the same for bikes.

sometimes white lots does not mean its non-season lot. look at the sign board at the entrance of the carpark. I got that fine once that why i know. after appeal, they still insist to impose a fine because the information is at the sign board which most of us didnt bother to see it.

u r wrong, they can stil find u for not displaying ur season parking coupon.. dont believe? if u got e summon paper, check the types of summons they have behind

gee thats sh1tty. i really think this premas should hire mature ppl and not some young punk to do the job. some of them really ride like they own the road (just becos they wear similar uniforms as TP)

d 1st time u apply for season parking wasnt it at that place? ok i cant remember what its called exactly but 1st time u apply for season parking, u go to that place, apply in person, they will give u ur season parking thing to display on ur bike, and for the next times u renew ur season parking can be done online or at those automated m/cs..

 

or how did u go abt doing that? u can go to the website u applied at and find out the add from der

that place is HDB lor. they should send you a blue colour plastic tag. if not can pay them a visit or send email and ask.
