Hmmm.... I mean just the 4v head. Carb remain, no need change EFI. Cos i've seen some kits going on the net for 3-500bux but origin is unknown. Maybe next year i might add some hopup, saw a 61mm big bore + ported head + aftermarket exhaust for $555.

I think the bike is very enjoyable minus the fact that it lacks a bit of urgency and the speed drops from 100 to 70-80 whenever i go slightly upslope on PIE... :sian:

If your are changing only the 4V head, it is not possible, because the piston & block have to be replaced as well. Reason is because there is valve "seats" on the piston, 2V only have 2 "seats" while 4V have 4 "seats" on the piston.

If your are changing only the 4V head & using the 2V piston, then the bike will never start up.

There are pros & cons on upgrading to a bigger bore kit. Do consider carefully if you intend to use a bigger bore.

Almost all 2B bikes have this same problem when going upslope. Speed will drop.

Another pics here....puhhh

Thanks for the pics,,,

What a beauty!!! my mind is set on the PGO 200i or is this the former GMAX 200..looking forward to the arrival of the 200i.I am just not sure of my ability to handle the bike which seem a little heavy (140+ KG?)and the fear of

tarnishing the image of the present rider of the GMAX but maybe a consolation to the Ah Pek riding on the blue colored T-Hot as he will be having company..Anyway, Cheers to all riders of gmax!!!

It was raining almost the whole day.... but I braved the rain and try to run in the bugger

1. rear brake is damn jia... but the front feels damn powerless (maybe I am used to my motard :D)

2. road wet so never really try to lean the bike.... but I tried a few corners and it felt quite stable

3. start to move close to 4000.... 4000-6000 the power delivery is quite mellow... but after 6000 is it quite strong (RPM)

4. I am so used to ride over hump fast... and the X-Hot seems to handle fine :D

5. Apparently the X-Hot does NOT have a proper oil filter.... so I guess I can save some $$ there.... :D

Hopefully tomorrow the weather will be fine, and I can take some pic and really ride the bike

Current mileage: 170KM...

and I need to top up my petrol tomorrow morning....

estimated FC is about 35-36KM/L... and I am not exactly very gentle with the throttle (need to fight for lanes with taxi mah... :D)

If only the underseat storage is a little bigger... it will be perfect

The X-Hot looks more and more appealing given my current bike situation :( What colors are there at HQ? Havent got the time to go down and take a look :p N how much did you get it for mtb?

The total was less than 7... machine I think 5.6 if I recall correctly

I think there is 1 blue colour at the HQ, but I am not sure if that is sold

FC update:

1st tank topped up at 4KM mark with 5.53L of petrol...

after running in for 170KM, the warning light started to blink, and there are 2 more bars to go...

so the 2nd tank I topped up at 174KM mark (at the petrol kiosk), and only managed to squeeze 4.55L to the tank...

So... 4.55L for 170KM... that is 37.36KM/L ladies and gentlemen :thumb:

Yap.... I wanted the white X-Hot too (to match my white WR250X? :D)... but I think the matt grey is easier to take care :D

Ya the FC is a little bit better than I expected... and I believe after running in it should hit 40 easily (if your golden right hand is relaxed :D)
