Not happy with the vibration from idling to 3k rpm.

Either the firing/ignition/PGM-FI/O2 sensor/electricals not correct or something is loose/too tight that causes the vibration when throttling at/from standstill.

Felt mainly from mid-body up to front of bike and the handle bar.

But... anything after moving off or at high speed cruising no problem.

Bike was very calm even at 120km/h.

 

After Cameron Highlands will try isolate the problem bit by bit.

 

You'll never know.

If problem won't go away (touch wood), might just see a Versys to Koh Samui (if PM Lee nice to us).

or... a $6k don't no what bike (if hung zheng boh hoh).

More quiet engine and better response.

Moving rpm reduced from 2.8k to 2k.

Bro giving up SWING again!!!

The vibration may be cause by higher compression due to insufficient running in. Maybe you need to clock longer mileage...

I don't think the brakes can be adjusted unless you change the brake levers.

The brakes are on the right side, bottom of the brake disc.

Got 1 nut securing a screw.

 

Loosen the nut (#12 I think) and use a plier (or use hand if able to) to turn the screw inwards until it touches then back it out a little bit.

Tighten back the nut.

Normally should full lock about 3-4 clicks of the handbrake.
