Just came back from Genting.... after 4-5 years.... Thanks SW9000 for your guide...

 

Sat am car slight jam....bike lanes clear at woodlands... time 7am+

sounds good n cheaper too... there's a famous laksa, a few pubs, many angmos, many SPGs... whahahaha

if early, maybe can park along the road (illegally) outside the pub before the cars take the place

 

we westerners no problem, gotta see whether the sengkanger ok or not

It is quite near the BKE-Dairy Farm exit for Sengkangers.

 

This place near MINDEF. Free parking

 

Can go to a pub with food, or coffee bean or thai rest or subway.

0900: set off, ride leisurely via Kota Tinggi to Jason Bay (100km/avg 80kph)

1015: eta Jackson bay

1045: coastal ride to Tg Pengelih customs jetty (93km/avg 70kph)

1200: eta Pengelih Jetty

1215: coastal ride to Sungai Rengit for seafood (18km/70kph)

1230~1500: seafood lunch, then "walk-about" & desert

1500: depart for A&W JUSCO Permas Jaya (105km/70kph)

1630~1830: eta JUSCO Permas Jaya, A&W & shopping

1830: set off for GP Shell/Petronas (45km/80kph)

flexible on return leg... can also go bike wash at JB and return via woodlands depending on participants wish

Hi Silverwingers,

 

I am currently considering a new SW400 but was quoted closed to S$14K OTR, am I being had at first instance or is this the standard price?

 

Btw, how is the power to pull off from clustered traffic during city rides? Thanks in advance.
