Thanks. After the handbrake adjustment, scoot can do free roll (like clutch disengage) once it goes to below 20km/h.

Previously it just sort of "engine brake" all the way to near stall.

 

The fuel Guage just hit 2 bar now, and Ive clocked v close to 200 km.

Looks very promising compared to my previous 277km empty tank ride.

 

 

 

 

suppose your fuel sensor is working properly, the 4 litres of reserve is actually more than 4 litres.

many of us have tried heading straight to refill the moment reserve kicks in but could only top up near 4 litres, even to the brim (can see petrol). we think honda calibrated the reserve with some buffer.

problem arise when your sensor float becomes not so "sensitive" over the years (wear-n-tear), so reserve level "buay chun". if then still push to limit, higher chances of kenna play out lor.

 

recommendation is to refill not too far after reserve kicks in, plus estimate the die-die-must-go limit taking reference from FC.

 

handbrake issues? yes, one of the bro's FJS had his handbrake assembly jammed... close liow cannot "open", bike can't move.

so remember to service the handbrakes once in a while or it may get jammed the next time you use it.

Mine came with new pair of K66 from the ex owner.

 

I like it lots.

 

Works great for my malacca ride under lots of rain and locally, have not given me any slip feeling so far.

 

but...i do not kup corner like crazy.

what's the vol you need? might have. likely glass though.

AN650L3 (current): All mod transferred.

SW-T400 (till oct 13): voltmeter, safety features disabled. coocase v36+remote. Adjustable, folding Brake levers. Givi AF318 windshield. on-off switch(pilot light, head light, hazard light), electrical seat unlatch,Dr pulley.

AN400K6 (apr07-dec11): side deflectors, J Costa variator, Dr pulley slider + HiT clutch.

YP250, RVF400/RS250, NSF125.

Measuring up to 500ml bah.

Fork oil needed = 302ml.

Wah. Most of the measuring cylinder got +/-15ml tolerance de.

 

No choice, must use ruler to measure as usual.
