well....rain was very heavy yesterday. got half day off work...so went to wash bike ard 4pm. it was the 1st time i washed the bike since i bought it in oct. n...since it's almost a miracle that i wash the bike (wax also)...the heaven cried. it rained so heavily right after i washed the bike!

i'm riding the 250..but nvr tried top speed. my own top speed is only less then 110km/hr.

I taught of changing to a heavy roller for better longer distance

oh sorry. its a evo200. the mirror was welded b4 by previous owner. just knocked it against a barrier n it came off so now i have to weld it back together again if not its just hanging by the wire. need to know where to do n the cost too. Thanks in advance!

Previously, i did it for around 60bucks. Did it at future scootering. U go have a look bro and ask the mechanic.

Cheap way.... buy super glue and stick back if you still have the parts...

 

Expensive and nicer way..... sent to paint shop and putty back and respray....($50~100) depend shop to shop and quality.

 

Avg way..... buy some putty and fix back yourself....

 

Mine broke before and i patch back @ WM. the joint still can move after doing it.

To all the Brothers/Sister out there . i just got a X9 180 amalfi model from bikeshop . now i am facing problem on the meter . the temperature gauge is on the H side instead on the middle between Hot / Cold . can any 1 advised ? and 1 more question , when i put on mainstand i try to turn the front wheel to test whether the disc whether is it out of shape , but i am not able to turn it completely . it just go a bit then stop there , does it mean that my disc got problem ??

i jus got the bike on last friday , it this all under the bikeshop tab ? or i need to pay for my own ? the shop promised a mth warrenty .

go back the shop to tell them your concern.. talk to them properly, and most bikeshop will entertain you..

 

if the bikeshop wanna ask u to pay.. blah blah blah.. dun pay first and come back again here for advise.. we see what we can help from there..

 

bikeshop promise depends on the bikeshop how much he wanna help u.. if bikeshop dun wanna help.. u LL suz thumb, bcos why u never bring it up when u get the bike or view the bike..

When you on the bike cold, is the temp @ 6 o'clock or start from somewhere else??? If it start from 6 o'clock then rise very fast to H. I think your rad is dirty or there is no water inside the rad... Please check fast to prevent the gasket burn off.....

 

I believe your brake caliper is jam, isit the front wheel? i guess 90% is right caliper....

 

Just need some cleaning and its done..... To ensure next time you do not have anymore problem, Ask them rebuilt the caliper then clean it.... As cleaning only temp solve problem and not curing the root.

Dr pully singapore do not have the 15g roller. So no point to get dr pulley.

But for sure Dr pulley roller last longer then orginal roller. But very noisy..

 

To gain higher speed with lower RPM, you need to change the final gear ratio @ the gear box.... But singapore no one want to bring in..... another sad case....

 

Malossi reduce the gear ratio to gain more pick up, but lost top end.... No point...

 

Else you can try using malossi roller.... heavier but only last 5k and the roller is flat....

 

Best is orginal roller.... have amble low end and top end....

just came back from Botak there.. keke.. managed to squeeze my bike to the back alley..

 

wow, he got quite good business, after 1 left, i join, then b4 i left, another 2 guys come..

 

changed to engine oil+ oil filter + box lock.. managed to "polish" the faded color with used engine oil..
