From what you mentions over here >

 

Did they change the thermostat?

Is the thermo cover still leaking?

is there testing done after bike done? (i mean is the coolant boiling?)

What is the colour of the coolant?

is the Radiator rust or stuck?

 

when first you say the bike overheated and engine very noise, i think is better for you to get them to check out the engine.

 

is hard to give you actual advise if we are guessing here. call me, i might be able to understand more.

 

I don't think the problem is simply related to the cooling system....at least cooling system wont cause the bike to be no power, and can only reach 90kmh.....

 

Actually i was trying to make a trip down to your shop, future scootering to let you check, but i have no chance because the bike can't even ride for >20mins!

 

They are fixing it now, and will see what they say tomorrow.....very dissapointed with them already.....

I am 85% believe that is cause by the compression from the engine as this will lead the problem to the cooling system over heated. Do check out the Carb too

My bike seems to be leaking petrol frm below esp when I start e engine... Any idea wats wrong? Fuel hose??

bros, just found out recently that when i pump v-power my idling seems to be lower than when i pump 95, any other bros here experience this problem as well? 95 idling is about 2, v-power idling is 1.8 for me..

Being long time never pump V-power le.....

But i never have this problem before.... Anyway, your idling is very high.

Normally our idling is only 1.5 only. Only warm up then will see 2.0(when autochoke is open)

 

Try to tune your carb alittle.

i see thanks soundless.. but i went a shop to change EO recently the mech told me my bike "lao hong" ?? Therefore cannot tune lower.. not sure isit he lazy tune pull a fast 1 or what..

Haha.... I do not know what he mean by "Lao hong". I only know the idle screw is below our seat with a spring de.....

 

Maybe i too neow to give ppl do.... therefore i DIY myself...

 

Unless the "lao hong" is your carb joint break.... else i really dunno where the "Hong" can "Lao"......

Got my bike today, tested with about 110km running, no more problems. One of the major parts they changed was crankshaft (this is the only part they showed me. He refused to explain more to me what he did on the bike as he keep saying that i wont understand even if he tell me)

 

So now, no more overheat, good power, engine more quiet.....everything seems ok..i think it should last now...but will try to test out the bike in the coming few days...try to travel more around the island and see....

 

btw, anyone know how to change the mileage display from mi to km? i struggled to do that....

hi guys, jus got myself a X9 180 , will be collecting prob tml, read here dat WM (wonderful motor) is good with scooters, can anyone share if i shud brin e bike for any servicing? (can someone enlighten on the costs? )

cos accordin to e owner , i can still ride for another 3000 before servicin.

 

Btw wat is e normal consumption for X9 180? better or worse than X9 Evo?

Most likely the fuel hose, get it change ASAP before the whole thing broke.
