Hi, I'm a newbie here. Just got my X9 180cc 2 weeks ago.

Is it normal to heard a pop sound like engine back fire when I slow down my bike especially when I'm exiting from expressway.

 

Any old bird can enlighten me?

 

How much does it cost to change a new exhaust pipe?

 

A tuning of your carb will solve the problem.

Est. cost $20~25 @ any shop.... over that is sign of carrot.

Check is the bike charging the batt anot?

If not, it might be rectifier or coil spoilt. Weak charging might be coil or magnet problem.

 

 

 

Quite a lot things can effect the stalling of engine.

Might be carb dirty,

Coil sensor not in good condition,

Batt weak/charging weak.

 

Maybe you can highlight to us more about it.

Else drop by Wonderful motor for a check.

 

Anyway... what you change that cost $500?

bearing transmission cover -$18

starter gear -$155

belt roller - $45

 

and problem still happen.

shop say maybe clutch issue bla bla bla.. reconmend me change this change that.

my bike always stalled at expressway.. but after restart ok liao.

i suspect carb issue.

maybe i should give this botak a try.

 

this botak shop nearby got any atm or not?

What does the engine stalling got to do with drive?

Just like you dying and i change clothes for you..... don`t solve problem....

Do a check which line leak and replaced it.

Fuel line can be buy @ bendemeer ..... $2.00 per M

2 shop after the bus shop infront of the shop, there is 2 ramp that can climb up to the other ppl shop.... just climb up and go 1 round to the back.....

Carb service should cost you $20~25 depend on your skill....

Tonight after work pump petrol, bike cannot start all....check battery voltage ok.

Can't even heard engine clanking. In the end had to get bike tow to botak shop.

Hopefully can be fix tomorrow morning.

hi Kutrax;

 

riding thru the concrete barriers is not joke. you can either take the Jln Anggerek or the path as in the photo. Both have the barriers, usually i will ask him(Botak) to manoveur thru. His fault for allocating his shop in this manner, just kidding..

As for the engine stalled, i will ask him to replace with used parts if they are ex. When the faults are retified, then decide to change at your next maintenance schedule. His scooter troubleshooting skill set is ok, no sales pushing (good for us).

go in from the front la, thru the door. not thru the window.

i have a problem too..

my bike will sometime lost power while riding.. gradual loose power with bikefire.

go for full sevicing spent $500 bux still got this prob.

 

any kind soul know whats the cause?

i think i'm gonna scrap this bike if cannot solve.. engine die a few time in middle of expressway is no joke.

anione noe where is de fan for de coolant located? Fan spoilt ah...veri noisey..tink i better change 2 sanyo system 5 or wat..Aniway long time never open up bike n diy liao..hand abit itchy..thought of making LED eyelid or someting..ani idea?

Located behind the Rad lor....

If you look thru the side openning @ your sai tao.... you will see the fan.....

DIY eyelid ar...... how about DIY eyebrown also...

Just pump my X9 tyres pressure front 210 / rear 240. After pumping, felt wobbly when riding especially when i apply rear brake.

Anyone can advise or experience this before?

Damn!! My X9 leaking of fuel again. 1st botak say thers a cut on the hose, he replaced it FOC. Den last nite aft pump full tank..ride abt 25km it leaks again. Any bros kena tis before? I suspect it my carb is dirty..
