I guess this is a case of the improper writing ettiquettes than anything else. Besides, I think the user behind the "wifi" account is not the same person replying to ri34on's emails, the boss really needs to reconsider who's replying HKL's emails. At least someone more literate, lol.

Hmmm in CRM - customer relationship managemen ...If a service is good , the customers will tell about 6 of e peopl he know .

But is e service is , the customer will tell 9 people he know and these 9 people will tell another 9 people .

But still , i can see "you know who" is makin big bucks .. Its like one man's meat is another's poison for customers .

Different people got different kind of defination of gd serivces and etc ...
