hey guys. i need some ans regarding 1 q. i will be goin to maju camp tml for some napfa test.im in ngee ann poly.dunno y the sch goin to bring us there oso. i heard from my friends that maju camp dun have the sit n reach station.

 

so this napfa test will actually determine if i go in 2months earlier or not. what i would like to know is the criteria required to get a silver.

 

6stations 18pts = silver for napfa

 

but in maju camp no sit n reach. so 5stations how many pts for silver?

 

i hope u all can agar agar understand wad im tryin to say..

in army, the physical test is not called napfa, its called IPPT. there is no sit and reach station. only have,

sit up, pull up, standing board jump, shuttle run, 2.4km run.

 

so basically, you want to get silver(depends on age.)

you need to do 8 pull ups, about 40sit ups in 60secs, about 2.4+m jump, below 10secs shuttle run. 2.4km i think need about 10mins.

 

all this answers is AGAR AGAR only. about the points systems i not sure. cause i know i sure pass. haha. not hao lian because in army you fail must RT(remedial training), then cannot book out.
