Could the problem be the quality of the mirror itself?

Not all Aftermarket ones are as good as the oem ones..

Some will vibrate on high speed..

However, a few changes for looks wise..

I know one guy call the oem one Mickey mouse ears..

Wahahahaha..

I changed mine..... Erm coz simply..

Vain.

Problems arise from advancement of technology - it causes unnecessary misunderstanding among us humans.

Most aftermarket mirrors will vibrate. Even koso mirrors. The mirrors you bought are not made specifically for your bike. Must make do with the angle it covers n get used to it. My mirror for example if cover left/right eye see different angle.. Haha..

got a 2nd hand x1-r about 1-2 weeks ago, performance all no probs. its just the FC im getting is damn bad. like 25-30km/l. the only thing modded(previous owner) that would affect it i think is only the exhaust, just a GPR..

im quite new to the whole bike thing too. any enlightenment? im very sadded by this.. =(

Shouldn't be, they're all positioned quite low, maybe more for sportbikes

ITE, just went to Planet motor call Ah Chong help me replace with small rectangle mirrors.

But I honestly think stock mirrors provide the best coverage...

I disagree.

The type with the best coverage is the side mirrors for bus...

i agree. but stock mirrors too high! those koso ones are low and the view is somewhat 'narrow'

Hahaha... Just came back from there...

Shunli industrial Park at Kaki Bukit.

Enter from main entrance, I think 3rd row on the right.

It's one lane behind Sanfu.

After turning in that lane, almost mid section on ur left u'll see the shop.

For some cases... The vibration can be rid off by adding cheap cheap Teflon tapes on the threads of the mirrors...

So that it's a better fit.

Anyone here interested in Koso mirrors? Going for $20 brand new, bought from ebay, cash and carry. They're coming in a week's time

Unique Motors does regular servicing right? Deciding to go there for my first oil change...

I find my side stand and main stand damn grimmy from the front sprocket flinging the oil from the ezzyoiler.

But lazy to wash... haiz...

I totally understand wat u mean....

Good thing is u no need to oil ur stand at the bolts and nuts and spring. The tension will definitely last longer.

U want to clean fast and less messy? Try wet wipes...

I think the only way to reduce it is to slow the flow rate of oil, my bottle is alrdy running dry from a top-up slightly over a month ago
