sorry for not being clear,

 

what i meant was, when i clutch in shift gear, the bike will jerk forward, the feeling is like the gears are grinding but is lesser than that of shifting w/o clutch.

 

is that normal?

hmmm perharps a brembo master pump with SSBH, oversize disc should be sufficent...jus my tots...

dear spark riders, i noticed when i clutch & shift, there's a slight grind. however the grind feeling is different when i try to compare shifting w/o clutch

is the slight clutch sensation normal?

 

It can be maybe ur clutch biting point is to low ,if you do have the time Check your clutch plate ....Slight grinds are early signs of clutch plate gone.bad..

but make sure to eliminate the probablility sources 1 by 1.

Hi bros, anybody knows where I can buy a brand new spark. Seems to be out of stock at most common motorbike shop I went to or maybe a used FBE plate and above would be fine.

Oic. My sport rim behind spoil is actually cause by the bearing spoil and I ask the mech how to know when our bearing need to replace? The mech say hard to tell as u need to ask the mech to open and check. :-(

bearing can check when you put on mainstand then you try to shake your wheel. The front wheel you can try push the handlebar to one side then see if the wheel can still shake or move. The rear one i usually check by seeing if can move when on mainstand. But common symptoms of bearing wearing out is the vibration of handlebar getting stronger but then again that symptom can mean other parts of your bike that needs replacement. haha.
