Aaahh so this is the one, don't you think we got to invest in the other monorack (the fugly long one). If we were to store heavy loads in this box, our rack will sure to be start cracking man.

Bored kape?
Its bored KAPPA? Pun intended.

He infected by you. Now he also post many many.

Our racks are not that strong to withstand alot of weight. Either the rack breaks or the screws that holds it to the bike frame breaks. One before the other. The long ugly rack seems to be able to hold much more weight.

True to that, i believe only Amron is using that rack.

Ahh.. Coocase.. Why didn't I think of that?!

Thanks Duo..

But, the issue I have now is difficulty accomodating 2 openface helmets. And I'm running with a 35L Kappa. :(

Didn't realize posting is contagious !! Haha. :)

Yeah, true that. Our monoracks aren't that strong. 4 small screws only. Haiz.

Instead of changing to the long FUGLY one, had this crazy idea of welding my current rack to my bike. Haha. But it'll definately cause issues in the future. :(

As contagious as a yawn.

Our current rack is welded to keep it together as one piece. If that can break so will it if you weld the rack to the bike frame.

very true. :thumb:

the rack dat ties to the original pillion handle bar's bolting hole has only recommended max load of 3kg, including the box. prolong over-weight usage may lead to deform/bending of the bracket, thus may crack the fairing, or breakage of the bracket.

the common monorack type, as suggested by sparkan bro, has a reccommended max load of 10kg.

i'm using the same box as yours for my spark. i manage to squeeze 1 L size & 1 M size helmet, plus 1 set on raincoat. u need to "intercept" both helmets to get them in.
