not much mate, under 1k, prefer not mod, coz i want to mod it myself...

 

yep, there is GL 125, but i dont think we can find it anymore, the last time i rode was in 2004-5 , previous owner extend COE only 5 years, when i was about to scrap, it was totally running and good condition, my heart broken..man.. and its like 6 months more to go, but i was about to leave oversea for further studies...no one to take over... .. T_T

 

please let me know guys..

Need some help from you. I think my CG got some electrical issues, like inconsistent signal lights, IU not working and horn has pratically no sound. Any good shop good at solving electrical issues to recommend? Really need help.

I got some grinding done on kicker start and now it is not sticking into my leg. Can live with the original while waiting for United Motors new kick start.

 

BTW, good luck with your new project. It seems like CGs can be converted into just about anything.

the signal ground is not good or the condenser might spoilt.cost 3-5sgd(diy2sgd for my rate at united)

 

iu inline fuse still ok?any cable break?

 

remove horn,get a 12V battery or dc adaptor to test or use other horn to test.

if wanna test the horn button connection,you need to DIY a electrical test bulb(just use a signal light)

 

electrical issue was in good condition when you sent in.

 

still waiting for the uncle decide on his new ride than he let go.:cry:

engine quote FULL overhaul with re thread the block and piston,replace bearing,o ring,oil seal whole bike cost abt 500.

front fork i not going to change back.getting a oversize disc.heehee

Hope you got it soon. I cannot wait to see your interpretation of your motard from a CG.

 

Almost got all my problems solved. Now left only my IU. Have to change new one as the current one is kaput . The bikeshop that did my mods only charge me for the new IU, now have to wait for it to come. I also took the opportunity to change from a normal spark plug to a NGK iridium one. Makes a hell lot of difference on the power:thumb:. I think my old sparkplug was already worn. I also have a new custom brown seat which improved my comfort quite a fair bit:angel:.

The IU is about $160. The seat and some other minor work is also $150. The seat include custom pan+foam+leather work. Additional foam under the pan also increase the comfort level, something akin to having a spring seat. All in all a little ex, but still ok.

me ah... i tried many places oredi... mostly all in the jalan besar area.... dont be surprise if there are many seats shop. But for me... i get the fabric personally meaning i go buy the clothe(fabric) from somewhere then i bring to seat shop do...
