Yes there is but original from kymco after market is ex. I think about $250. Ask Motorsport to confirm.

 

I have seen some use Honda Phantom 200 pillion foot rest from Lim Ah Boy. the big big pedal with eagle on it.

 

On youtube also got a guy modifed with flip out foot pillion rest.
