This is just a means to gauge of what people feel about Planet Motor. I've been hearing a lot of good things in this forum about this shop and I've been there before but never did any repairs there yet.

 

So put your opinion down in the poll and if you are happy with them - share your views so that the brothers and sisters here know and can decide for themselves.

 

In Summary - we should strive to have the bike shops service level just up to an acceptable level. I'm not asking for great service - just acceptable...then maybe in the future - we can go for more.... The first step is that we share the info here....and walk with OUR money to the shop that DESERVES it. Its time we (the payer) took more control!

Thanks for info... Actually - i was hoping to get a graphical representation of the level of satisfaction so that one can go in and see at one glance what is the satisfaction level. The threads are nice but trawling through them - can be rather time consuming - though entertaining. Truly sorry if this seems to be a duplicate.

yup! you can get honest opinions there. no unneccssary repair if its not needed to your bike.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

the thing about planet is honesty...stuff that doesnt need to be changed he wun ask u to change...unlike other shops which will try to make money at every opportunity possible he isnt like that..

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.

Sorry lah Bro....Its just that our other bros here are getting ripped left right center from some unscrupulous bike shops of their hard earned money.

 

The other negative issue is that some hawker stalls when tehy get good publicity - they do not know how to treasure it - their standard drops. Hopefully it does not happen here. Other's maintain their standards - que a bit longer but overall - the satisfaction level is still good. better than going back to the same shop multiple times and kena multiple carrots!!!

the more you know chong better, the longer you have to wait... :cry: why like that one? usually regulars and old patrons get priority mah... but for chong, it's the other way round... now business so good, the mechs eat lunch also have to rush lor...

i do agree. it was different 4 yrs back when i was still riding a phantom. haha

yeah, learnt alot of things from him and his crew too.

 

From a bike dummy who purchased a liquid cooled cbr150 without any fan @ the radiator to a rider with basic knowledge on bikes... really must thanks Chong alot...! :lol:

 

p.s. try not to disturb him when he is foul mood and u will find urself a very knowledgable n friendly boss! (even when busy he will also tries to entertain u... :lol:)
