bro, unless u buying new bike, then get from bike shop, coz the profit margin is not very big different for every bikeshop

 

but for used bike, they take in bike eg 1k, can sell at 2k, 100% profit, even better than new bike.

But on a serious note, those who wants to buy Pulsar should have gone straight to Universal Motors for brand new or second hand ones. Although price is high, but you can be sure everything is done nicely for you before you collect your bike. Pricing is transparent, they will list out everything that you need to pay.

 

Anyway since you have got your bike, you should pop by the pulsar thread and pick up tips from there.

I've never bought from shops due to too many nightmare stories. Also shops will charge a premium thanks to their somewhat useless "warranty". Heard so much about the shops at Bt Merah Lane. So far only go there and look-see and go HKL for EO and tyre. Hahahaha "All Bird"... not the first time this shop got complaints.

I noe there will be more of preys falling into their dirty hands, but nevertheless all these "jian shang" will get retribution.. Even if they don receive it personally, it will somehow go to their closed ones.. Maybe I very bad hearted,, but I really wish they will be involved in traffic accidents..

i bought my hayabusa ... 2 - 3 days after collecting bike ... heard the salesman that sold me the bike died in a bike accident ... one month later got a paper from the mail states all of m hayabusa transation ... the machine price value of the bike at the time i go sign is different from what's stated there ... but .. money can find ... life cannot .....

Actually what's the point of fixing your bike there if the mechanic doesn't know how to fix it? Even if you force him or rush him, he still won't know what's wrong. That seems to be the problem here though. Should have taken your bike to someone who knows how to fix it. Anyway, the shop shouldn't give a warranty if they don't have good mechanics. By the way, I don't even know what shop this is!

It has been many of such cases, many mechanics will noe how to take out everything, but when comes to the assembly they will b stucked.. Hence 1 whole big round they still need to go back to UM to seek those SMEs for help..

Accompanied a friend once to view an old bike but the way he said like will change the rims (dented/twisted like mad), service the bike (eo, plugs), tyres and paintwerk etc...and only quote my pal 1.8k (gsxr400) only for the bike...abit too good to be true i told my friend as changing the rims and tyres itself is few hundred plus...plus the overall condition is really bad, rust, dents and scratches...so told my pal if he really wants make sure they write down but very lucky i must say for him, when he ask them to write it down on the invoice receipt before he makes any payment they told my pal 'aiya walauway, we brothers can show me trust abit?'

i was like wtf? face to my pal la...so when he didnt write any black n white my pal just walk off to the next bike shop...my gosh, brothers?wtf?

Singapore bikers also got quite alot of ah bengs, how come these bengs never go do anything funny to their shop hor...
