afternoon every 1...waiting for tis weekend to check on my rear wheel rim bearing...damn!!!any shops recommended??how much does 1st hand or 2nd hand rim cost?:cry:

Too bad that all the people who really know how to run the country are busy driving taxi cabs and cutting hair.......:slapforehead:

Haven't tried the top yet... the engine sounds abit strange, will probably get it checked and rechecked by a few different mechs before i decide whether it is safe to go on without another overhaul. And until i know for sure the engine can take abuse, i won't be clearing the meter. Play safe... play safe... must sayang the bike first.

 

The handling wise.... handles almost as well as my old RS125 Extrema, which is rather surprising given its power/weight difference (or perhaps accumulated experience made it seems easy). Especially after 8 years of 2 stroke cruiser, the improvements is massive. Still, need so much more practice with it before i am confident enough to feel that its an extension of my limbs. I'm almost spending all available time riding it around getting to know my baby better... almost two full tanks for the past 3 days already. :cheeky:

 

Never regret getting a babyblade. :angel:

Upz for us long time fireblade riders... hahaha....:cheeky:

 

 

 

I really dun think it's the fan that is the problem for you. You're probably gonna waste more money. If you look at the wiring diagram for the fireblade, the fan is connected to the fan fuse and the fan switch. Nothing to do with your RPM issue. Maybe it's the harness issue. If you really wanna spend $200 might as well top up abit more and change the harness.:cheeky:

 

~~~hmm, but they used a fan thats not fit for the bike. They actually cut the wire on both fans and switched it. Thereafter, my bike can't even start and all the fuse kept blowing up and all the electrical complications. Hence that day, i left my bike there.. And thereafter, my fireblade put on massive weight coz no power.

Bearings ain't that expensive by the way.... Shop can't mark-up that high de.

Alexandra there got many available parts by the way..... And if u really unlucky to change your rear rim and not just the parts... 2nd hand one wun cost cheap.

i was around the area at my bike shop . got a FOC horn as my previous one nv sound like one .. ..

but had to pay for 2 out of the 4 newly bought spark plug cuz dunno why its spoiled . goin republic motor tmr to get replacement .

one of my bike shop is republic , cuz i know the boss and two other friends of mine work there . i was there jux now .
