the pump work under mech means..

cannot be that way u mention.. unless the fins/gears are spoil..

~~~That time, if i rev my rmp for a period of time(like going 140km/h for 5min... All my coolent will flow out below the drainage tube upon stopping.:(

So i ended up buying a coolent bottle every week to refil. Without refill, temp will easily go up during normal riding of around 90km/h on hot days.:(

 

~~~After replacing the pump... no more outflow le. :)

~~~iF hot for a period of time, it will slow down in response.

It seems that my bike performance is best when mildly warm... If too hot, the response is :cry:

 

better check back your air screw setting, might too lean.

~~~If pump not werking well.. Instead of aiding the coolent flow back into the circulation again and again, it will cause the coolent to leak into the reserve, causing an overflow out of the bike till everything is really dry.:sian:

~~~hmm, next month washing the carb and changing plugs.. on the way ask the mech to adjust the settings a little then. =)

 

noneed do the unnecessary things.

just set back the AFRatio is good enough. (at the sometime doing carb synchronization)

 

not necessary frequently wash carb.

if the pressure not that great, the coolant will not able to flow to reservoir..

as for the pressure, is due to temp expansion of coolant and the size of the tubing/pump..

u change the rad cap, tubings and pump together or on separate occasion?

1)Radiator cap

2) hose

3) pump

 

The mech there didn't realise the pump is damaged till they took it for high rev and test ride...

Only then they realised that the pump malfunction when the coolent flow is accelerating ... causing those that can't join the flow to flood the reserve bank hence through the discharged tube till dry. Kinda like wrong diversion like that. After they changed that pump .... there's no more leakage.:cheers:

Morning everyone......cough cough cough!

 

~~~should start eating more fruits cum vege to relax the immune system and clear the valve plus circulate the flow by cardio work out.

 

~~~ Thats why am fasting from today till Friday but live on fruits and raw vege only. Plus later lunch break running in the hill at Timah. :thumb:

He tends to hang out at the coffee shop at Bukit Batok Sec and temple there for dinner. Could actually get together for dinner with him & me ya.

Anyway i'll be changing my radiator to Suzuki one's ... hopefully temperature will be kept low. =)

arr... i just went into pump this afternoon 3pm.. RM24 worth of esso petrol.. lol.. riding my vtr the whole weekend and tday.. petrol finish very fast.. hahaha
