is a round thing that located around top of front spocket..

the pump hav a black plastic cap wif metal body..

there are 2 tubes sticking out from it..

 

for the fuel filter, u hav to dismantle it..

then use a blow gun to blow air into it.. there should hav abt the same amount of air escape from the other end..

if u find it troublesome, u can juz change it.. cos abt 10 plus bucks..

icic... haha i try to look ard thou juz to ask is 1 of the tubes stickin outta the fuel pump located near the idling knob there at the end?? and also to ask u izzit normal when i turn the knob of the idling, the tube connected to the knob inside will twist?? lol dunno y but my knob seems to b a little tight lol.... and my idling is at 1.4 ard there pretty high i tink haha....

 

well this can be quite a few possible problems.....encountered the fuel pump problem b4 change the whole pump away....and a blocked filter can also be the caused of this reason as i am experiencing it now.....

 

 

 

fuel pump faulty its still possible to move off.....but be prepared at intervals ur bike might just simply die off or when throttle the bike like running outta petrol like that....

 

haha yea tts wat i experienced.... when riding after a long while parking the bike and after a little warm up, i will haf tis kind of feeling like no petrol when throttling... at first i tot is cos i nva warm up properly or somethin... cos tt happens when i was ridin my sp haha... nidda warm up first b4 ridin if not will haf such situations....

hi guy can any pro tell me what the problem with my bike?? when bike is cold it can start but when engine is hot i press the electric start and it can"t start unless i run the throttle a bit.......

 

lean carb Air Fuel ratio tuning......

most of bike shop will tune it like that, it great respond but poor top end and easy to overheat....:sian:

 

just done my 2nd stage Air Fuel ratio tuning, gets better on top end power.

Temp gets lower abit.

is abt 4 years since i touch and play around wif cbr400.. so cannot really remember where is it..

maybe meet up one day then look at it..

i was thinking to hav a meet up this friday evening.. for previous malacca trip photos exchange and chit chat..

hi guys. need some help.

 

When i on parking light my neutral light will lit up but when i switch to headlight on the neutral light will not lit up.

 

does it mean the battery is low ?
