Wat is the reason to overhaul a engine after the bike travelled the milage u stated?

Top overhaul is ok.......

 

luckily haya's engine,cylinder block & upper crank case not 1 piece design....

thereforeTop overhaul is including changing piston and ring :smile:

Hi guys, i got problem man.. my caburetor the deframe? the rubber need to change. coz now its leaking and smell of petrol. i open the side small ferring. then saw leakage. shud i change? was told that my fren that he change alot of time then still keep leaking. he say no use change jus leave it. have u guys exprience this before?

i can't seem to change gear that easily - much less neutral.

Any ideal wat am i looking into instead of the stupid bike shop changing the whole s hit for me ???

 

And also the cost... :)

 

maybe ur biting point clutch? sometime too far? sometime too near.. for me i ok ok . not to near not too far. if too near pick up of course good but clutch plate easily wear off. correct me if im wrong.. =)

~~~Just found out that today's high Temp caused the gear lever to tighten eh coz rode at night the changing of gear became smooth.:cheeky:

 

Anyway... today's noon temp was so hot that the seat was burning. I felt it with my hands and it was like frying temp.

News came out just now that Australia felt the heat during their night time.

Life is like a box of chocolate...

most prob is EO la.. since u have so much muscles.. :) lol

best to change it.. i forget if never change, will lead to some other problem.. since u change one or 2.. might as well change all the 4 rubber thingy as they charge workmanship for it as well..

 

last time i changed it, my bike is more responsive after tat...

try thicker EO.. for me it helps.. especially for our old bikes..

I've just found out from a trusted Mechanic (That Mechanic who told me Revtec and Grounding not up to standard) at Hua Chin that it's alright to wash CARB eh. Just that u've to replace the pins and etc. The whole set cost SGD 45.00

 

It's a must to replace the parts during wash but ppl tend not to do it....:)

After i've changed my Radiator and Rewiring... i'll change the Clutch Plate.

By the way... HUA CHIN REWIRING AT SGD 260.....

Kelvin did his at SGD 380 at HKL

help bike cant start up yest then went to change new batt according to the mech..but then when i saw u guys post idling off light is 14.6+ i saw yest is sumwhere ard 13.+...does that means my rec or coil is spoil??darn...:dot:

Too bad that all the people who really know how to run the country are busy driving taxi cabs and cutting hair.......:slapforehead:

check dulu charging wiring, charging wiring x ada masalah baru tukar coil.

 

14.6+ itu tanpa load, x ada lampu semua.

if u switch on both yr headlights, is abt 13 plus..
