Of cos not immediately, maybe 500km or 1k km before.

Mm... would get it change tomolo as my mileage already hit 6000km.

I juz wondering if the person juz change his Eo, went to PG and come back, does it mean that he need to change his EO again?

since you want to buy a blade, would advise you not to rush into buying.

it is not that easy to find a blade which can be that perfect. afterall it's going to be 10 years old or even older.

market price should be around 3.8k to 4.5k depending on plate.i remember a few post back someone post a more detail market price. just slowly read :cheeky:

The price depends on condition. The average is about $4500. The newest CBR400RR is at least 8-9 years old, so the internals (and many other parts) are pretty worn out. You must be prepared to spend some money on top of the purchase price to bring the bike back up to spec, unless you are lucky enough to buy it off someone who really takes care of the bike.

Common problems for the bike are the starter (carbon brush and pulsor coil), rectifier, miscellaneous electronics, worn bearings, soft suspensions esp the rear. Other problems associated with old neglected bikes are also common on this bike.

From what I observe, less than 1 out of 10 CBR400RR's on the road today does not require any work. If somebody tries to sell you a CBR400RR and says that no work is required, you should really question that claim. Also, don't shy away from "abused" track-going bikes because most of the time they are well taken care of. Track riders must take care of their bikes because a small fault that does not get noticed on the street becames a major hazard under track conditions.

Hope that helped!

this one i have to agree. i bought my bike recently and now its in the bike shop. due to radiator probs, wiring and spoilt rectifier. my bike heats up easily so leaving it to the mech to do at i-motoring. hopefully...it'll be alright.

juz sold my KR to the shop and bought my blade from there too. but most blades will have probs. 8 out of 10 like that. though there's one blade that the shop i went to took in. used to belong to one of the bladers here. not bad. good condition but asking price is high becoz the bike has been done up. can go i-motoring to take a look. can find for leonard of jayson.
