yah my bike feels better now, but your header was previously mended. 1 of the 4 heads was cut and replaced before o_O feel a bit short changed as the L model head I brought was superb condition.

I thought I was helping you because your bike was dangerous to have the swing arm brushing the end can but end up have to pay more to help you out.. my bike shop only charge $20 to swap the headers + rotate the end can.

 never mind lah. hope your bike can get well also.

ter r alot of factors tt can affect FC. like mentioned... large diameter headers, aft market exhaust n even jetting can affect FC. also things like grounding n voltage stabiliser, iridium plugs help to keep optimum fuel economy.. electrical supply plays a part too! if ur bike is running on HRC CDI.. FC is much diff... its a high end performance tool tt together with it, jetting has to b done.. so e diif in FC has way too many factors....

Fuel additives help keep fuel line clean which is impt for good fuel use n fuel charger like Broquet keep em fresh n e engine smooth!!!!

Fuel additives that claim to improve FC are mostly bogus. I strongly advise against using them. However, fueling system cleaners that are added to petrol are useful when used once in a while, using the correct dosage, because it clears up the gunk that builds up in the carbs and fuel lines.

If anybody has a specific questions about a certain kind of fuel additive (other than cleaners), feel free to post it here. I happen to know quite a bit about engines and fuels being a chemical engineer, so I will be glad to dispell any myth for you.

I have the gold label CDI on mine, only difference is gold label does not have speed restrictor, blue label does so if you have a blue label one need to short out a couple of wires to remove the restriction.

Also if you have a bike with a gold label and put a blue label in it will miss from 5k rpm onwards as the wires for the restrictor are not present in the loom.
