Another case... your thermostat is not functioning...

blown fuse.... wiring...

2002 - 2005 : NSR150SP

2005 - 2008 : CBR400RRL

2008 - : Wave S 125

 

Since June 2006 :Touring ( History )

At the same time open your radiator cap and open throttle while engine running... see whether the coolant water pops up all over... repeat again... if it stil happend check with your mechanic...

 

Cos' your bike may need a change of head gasket.

 

2nd scenario... if you see coolant leakin from the over flow hose near the right footrest.. its cos' ter is loss of pressure from your radiator cap.... have it checked and changed...

if pop out too much, then maybe is head gasket..

but there is a coolant pump in the system, if u rev the bike, is common to hav some water pop in and out..

How much for a new/repaired thermostat??

Sorry..Niwae, does ur firevblade has a pilot light? mine not werkin i guess..

R model dun hav one..

Tell the mechanic you wanan do a coolant flush. Not top up coolant water.

Haynes owners manual can be bought over the net... believe the availability is stil there... There is a place over here that sells the manual...

 

I do have both the hard and soft copy...
