its not that... dun get me wrong imben... it can be settled amicably btw both parties...

a merely touched n go rear bumper of an old merc...just some mild scuffs.. owner very ngiao one...

guess how much was the total bill he claimed frm my insurance... if i can recall it was nothing less than 2k...

 

 

 

another scenario.. a beautiful performance car hit my rear end...

driver very cool one... straightaway apologised n offered to foot the bill..

i went to kah motors... agent quoted more than 1k for new bumper excluding spray...

didnt want to take advantage of the situarion so i offered to send to his workshop instead...

they did a good job... i helped him saved some $$$ but more important was his insurance ncd..

although his headlight cost was something like 800 or 900bucks... excluding the expensive imported kits replacement...

Yup, very true like what ben had said ealier on, btw i can recommend Car Beauty at Ubi Industrial there.. The last time my ex gf car got a slight accident, the touch up including respray of bumper n spoiler only cost us $300. The workmanship there also very gd.. Ppl there also quite friendly..

 

I suggest if its more than $300 might as well ask the car owner to claim from ur insurance n its possible even though u only have a third party policy with them. Did some calculation regarding the loss of ur NCD n evaluate the proper decisions thoroughly n take into consideration on how long u n ur bf still want to use this bike. If im not wrong NTUC NCD is 5% every year n will increase by another 5% each yr up to a max of 20%..

Anyone here knows what is the actual price for the TZM power valve bar? There seems to have a big range of it.. Cause Ba Yi charge me a solid $250 to change it including servicing n its second hand some more.. I once bought it for only $75 at Yamaha authorised agent shop but that was 2 yrs ago.. Hmm, n i also got change the servo motor plastic thing that will rotate n will pull the power valve cable when u switch on n off ur ignition n i think that one also quite cheap right..Piston head, ring all never change one know.. The gd thing about Ba Yi is that his setting damn gd.. Hee i got no other choice.. Thats the only reason i keep going there for my internal parts..
